The agencies of the FBI and DOJ are a necessary civilized society however, when politically charged elements are added to their agenda the result is the turning from a peacekeeping organization into a weapon of mass destruction of freedom.
Trump in his speak stated: Is it time to stop giving money to the Justice Department and the FBI? IN addition, Donald Trump tells Republicans to stop giving money to the FBI and DOJ.
Former President Donald Trump suggested on Wednesday morning, a day after his arraignment in New York City, Republicans in Congress should stop funding the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), at least temporarily.
Trump is not alone! Many Republicans and Democrats realize these agencies and some others are going rogue and appear to do what is in their best interest rather the tin the interest of We the People.
Trump wrote in all caps on Truth Social, "REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS SHOULD DEFUND THE DOJ AND FBI UNTIL THEY COME TO THEIR SENSES." He was saying Democrats have turned law enforcement into weapons and are trying to mess with the approaching election.
He said, "THE DEMOCRATS HAVE TOTALLY WEAPONIZED LAW ENFORCEMENT IN OUR COUNTRY AND ARE VIOLENTLY USING THIS ABUSE OF POWER TO INTERFERE WITH OUR ALREADY UNSECURE ELECTIONS!"
Trump's post came the morning after he spoke to a crowd at his Mar-a-Lago home after being charged, which had happened earlier same day.
Before the historic occurrence, people who didn't like Trump and people who did fight each other outside the courthouse.
One anti-Trump protester with Black Lives Matter (BLM) patches on her attire told a man who said he was one of Trump's biggest followers over and over again, "Trump's a dick!" Another woman, who had white paint on her face, kept calling white people racist and seemed to stir up disturbance in the crowd. When asked why she started fights, the woman answered, "Because I'm black and I like fighting." I'm an animal. I'm a dark creature! Let's kill everyone who is white! Yeah, baby!" Someone who said they knew the woman said she was doing "performance art."
Republicans seem to agree federal agencies are being used as weapons against conservatives.
In a recent survey done by Insider Advantage, 79 percent of Republicans agreed the government is being used against Republicans and conservatives.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is one of the people who have suggested Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has "weaponized our sacred justice system" against Trump: McCarthy said on Tuesday Bragg is "trying to interfere with our democratic process by using federal law to bring politically motivated charges against President Trump and, yes, using federal funds, while at the same time arguing the people's representatives in Congress don't have the power to look into this farce."

In the same statement, McCarthy said anyone who uses the federal justice system as a weapon "will be held accountable by Congress," but it's still not clear what this means.
But top House Republicans are likely to get together this week to talk about how to move forward on front.

Do not raise the debt ceiling... let the non-essential services of government close and remain closed... without paying civil servants for staying home. Everyone in the government including the civil service must know that spending is out of control and requires the entire governments focus on means to lower the debt ceiling... not raise it.
Start negotiations by proposing cuts to the debt ceiling... say 10% a year until it is gone... that is the way to begin...not with talk of increasing the debt ceiling. Be prepared to immediately walk out if cutting the debt ceiling is not agreed to. Go on the offense, to hell with defending the undefendable. One doesn't win battles by defending their ground... they win by taking new groud.
Civil servants can be a great part of cost-cutting... and a source for ideas that save taxpayers money... if they wake up and find they have no paycheck unless the government finds ways to save money... I have seen huge sums of money poured down the drain for TRAVEL EXPENSES and PERDIEUM payments that could be avoided... Billions over the years were lost to expensive hotels, meals, rental vehicles, and on and on.... billions more in holding meetings that were unnecessary or could be done over the internet... using one of the group meetings programs. We have not yet strived to define efficient use of the taxpayer's dollars.
In any event, we need to reduce the debt ceiling not increase it... cut, cut, cut... if unable to agree on which programs then require every Department, Agency, bureau, and office to cut 10-20% of their budget immediately and find another 10-20% by the next physical year... across the board cuts may not be the best way but often is the only way where greed, avarice, and plane partisan politics rule over common sense and good government.
Until such major cuts can be agreed upon keep the government SHUT DOWN .. all but its essential services.
Yep, the only way to defeat the government beast is to starve it, as nothing that it has wasn't first taken from We the People. And if the Congress will not exercise some fiscal sanity, then the States can using an Article V amendment to reign in the out-of-control government spending. The federal government shuts down regularly on the way too many "holidays" and every weekend while our so-called "civil servants" in Washington DC enjoy a paid vacation. The States have always provided our essential services in our local communities, so we must starve the federal beast so that we may tame it into following only it constitutionally authorized functions, and We the People will take care of the rest.
Defund law enforcement like the FBI and DOJ as it is set up right now.
Reorganize the FBI... put the FBI under the Office of the President... The President is the Constitutional Chief Law Enforcement Officer ... shouldn't the chief federal law enforcement bureau respond directly to him and his office.
Assign the DOJ and AG Administrative only... oversight of the FBI. Create a Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the President to replace the Director of the FBI and eliminate the Director's Office.
Remove all of the current senior FBI Management, subject to new assignments in a reorganized FBI ... retiring or terminating the bad apples. Reorganize the FBI Academy relieving most of the recent hires in managment, administration, and academic staff... replace them with apolitical staff.
A far better idea Sir would be to completely dissolve every one of these unconstitutional alphabet agencies...

The Military is a constitutionally based organization - with Intelligence capability.
The Federal Government has Constitutionally based US Marshalls.
Every State has Constitutionally based Sheriff's...
So why do we need additional (duplicated) bureacracy - and the taxpayer money to fund them?

I agree... cut the Federal Government by 2/3rds over the next 5 yrs... eliminate and or consolidate whole departments... ending with 6 departments... Department of State, Department of Interior, Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, US Treasury Department, and Department of Justice.
Convert the following Departments to Bureaus or Offices under one of the six reorganized Departments above: US Customs and Immigration Services and all its associated agencies and offices under the State Department. Energy, Agriculture, the FDA, the National Institutes of Health, and all its agencies under the Department of Commerce, and the Department of Transportation, under the Department of Interior. Labor, Education, FCC FAA, FDA, and National Institutes of Health and all their agencies under the Department of Commerce or Interior as best assigned. All federal law enforcement agencies under the DOJ except the FBI will be under the office of the President. Veterans Affairs, Home Land Security, and all intel services under the Department of Defense. Completely eliminate the Departments of Education, Health, Housing, and Human Resources Departments. other agencies and departments like NASA and the IRS would be either eliminated or placed under one of the 6 major departments for administration and supervison.
Cut back all civil service employees by 10% the first year and 5% thereafter... until the size of government, less military personnel is approximately 1/3rd of its current size... There are approximately 4 million federal civil service employees... The goal for federal civil service employees would be approximately 1.5 million by the end of 2029. Two out of every three current civil service employees would be released... retired, discharged, or retained as part-time relief employees.
Of course this is all pipe dreams as we know that the political parties as presently configured and staffed would never cut the federal governmet so dramatically.

It's time to arrest all those who work for these places and use their power to damage the political opposition. Justice supposed to be blind for very good, very important reasons!
