The WSJ is finally getting it. The whole of the real government as we know it is unconstitutional. It was built over 100 years without a legitimate structural basis at all. It's all been given a pass until now.
Here is the issue I have with people who decry Trump as an executive centralist and despot. The main drive of his actions has been to gain authority over the branch of government that the Constitution already gives him. It so happens that he is the first president since this beast was invented to believe that he should actually be in charge of the executive branch.
If Congress doesn't like it, it should delete the 400-plus executive agencies, including and especially the so-called independent ones. That is entirely within its purview.

I've been saying it. It's a corporation. Corps means money, as in laundering, bribery and worse. It has nothing to do with We the People and the Republic for which we stand.
I completely agree with COL Faulkner. The US Constitution was not written for a leviathan of swamp creatures that now have a considerable following to run our nation. I trust that when the budget bill is not passed by midnight, September 30 that hundreds of thousands of federal swamp creatures are terminated. We do not need them and they should be terminated. The only thing the UN has ever done is kill thousands of American soldiers. That UN vote in 1951 put us in the Korean Conflict. I do not say war because the last time Congress declared war was in December 1941.
Say it again and again and again and again! FDR was the beginning of the evil takeover of the Federal Government to remove We the People from power and replace us with a massive leviathan that consumes the American Dream! If we rid ourselves of every single segment of Government NOT specifically authorized by the US Constitution We the People would once again have real power. If President Trump removed us from the UN and any treaty organization in which the United States is unequally yoked, we could reduce the Federal Budget and Spending back to around $2.5 Trillion a year. That would be a reduction from the current $7 Trillion per year we are spending now. Just imagine if the US Government stopped taking $4.5 Trillion out of the pockets of the taxpayers what this nation could be!!!
I believe the destruction began with Wilson, the League of Nations which was the predecessor of the UN.......
The UN is nothing than a huge money ucking machine, serves no good purpose, does nothing that makes a difference anywhere in the world.
It just has more tentacles than our govco.
