These are the percentages of scores of elected representatives/senators, who do not legislate or voteaccording to our Constitution and Declaration. The scores go per calendar year. I grouped them so you could see that some are 0 on every single vote, against the Constitution. Some are 1%, 2%, etc. Horrifying to look at as it's mind-blinding, but it is more horrible that they are in OPPOSITION to our Constitution.
So, there are errors in here because I was losing it, —b u t—These are CongressCritters who scored below 70—a passing grade in most any class) This is according to the John Birch Society's Freedom Index. I did not count those over 70, too much trouble. Those are the good ones. And I also do not have the total of all——HOWEVER, since I taught at the college level——these are the ones who would have FAILEDmy class. No excuses. EVER.
Therefore, this is what needs to happen. One Constitutional Amendment specifically focused on Congress' Representatives and Senators both—that if they do not pass or veto legislation according to Art. I Authority and Jurisdiction and in according to Our Natural Rights as expressed in the Declaration of Independence—they are hereby in violation of both their Oaths and Bonds, and lawfully are in an act of insurrection both against their state, their state's citizens and also against America——therefore they are to be physically removed under penalty of law, upon conclusion of the matter. Office locked. Records sealed— All funds, salary and benefits, hereby ended at end of day per removal. Done.
This would clean out about 2/3 of Congress. Special elections would have to be held. That would mean that good people, who had not been elected, maybe due to voting fraud, could just wait until the critters are removed and run in a special election. it would be a new wind of freedom and accountability for We the People. I am open to ideas on this one.
