Judge Grants Future Persons Legal Standing as a Class

Based on the two conditions stated in this injunction "that person's MOTHER... and the person's FATHER..." also puts to bed the whole sex and gender insanity that the Lunatic Left has been pushing since the Obama Administration. Apparently Judge LePlante firmly believes that a "child" is the product of a "MOTHER' and a "FATHER" removing all rights of LGBTQ couples to produce a child. Meaning this injunction ONLY recognizes children being born by the action of a MALE and a FEMALE, removing any recognition of a child being the product of a homosexual couple, thus there is NO RIGHT to homosexual marriage since it takes a MALE and a FEMALE to produce a CHILD! This is getting better everytime I read it!
