One... Pass a NEW FEDERAL JUDICIARY ACT... Redistrict EVERY sitting Federal Judge out of office... subject to new Judicial appointments... ready, to Administer new Federal, District, Appellate, and SCOTUS Courts.
Two... Congress and the President abolish the current federal court system... its administration and Judiciary with a NEW FEDERAL JUDICIARY ACT. Together they have the Constitutional power to abolish the current system and to create a new Federal Court System ready for new JUDICIAL appointments to administer the new Federal Court system...
Three... Get rid of all the current Judiciary... Start over with new judicical appointments... Permit the current justices to operate until new judges can be appointed and Courts established.. Forget attempting to reform the current judiciary they are past reforming.

I completely agree that the current Federal Judiciary is beyond fixing and must be recreated with serious limitations!
It is going to have to be spelled out like for a grade-school kid. They can not define life. They cannot define racism or sexism, men or women. They cannot understand science. They do not understand the word, "Not." Nor any concept such as Liberty, Justice and Freedom.

When rewriting the Federal Judiciary Act of 1789 clarify and limit the court's jurisdiction... restrict their orders, findings in judgement and jurisdiction TO THE CASE BEFORE THE COURT ONLY... No univsrsal orders, injuctions, or activist judicial adventures, designed to get around the Executive and Legislative Branches of Government.
Include a judicial review system in the New Federal Judiciary Act... require a Federal judge's behavior to be reviewed for retention every 6 years... End Judicial privelege and tenure with judicial review and a simple majority vote for retention by Congress every 6 years
How is it that they do NOT know they are bound to the case in front of them? It seems clear as a bell.
How? Through judicial review, they want to define the law a they see fit.
They don't respect our Constitution and its separation of powers. They WANT TO DEFINE THE LAW... to use the law for theier own purposes. They want it all... The power to define life and society's moral code.. They want to put God out of business.
