The original meaning of Hypocrite is a person who is an "actor." Actors dress in costumes to hide their identities and then act as if they are for or against something while having no intention of actually supporting the postion they claim to support! Satan came to Eve in the form of a serpent. Satan was an actor and actors lie to your face knowing that their costume hides their true nature. Of course Satan is the father of lies and actors are lying when they are acting the part they are assigned or have decided to present themselves as. Demoncrats routinely come out to protest for or against some concept or policy, but they are just acting because they have no intention of accepting or participating in the negative consequences of that policy..
