  • Yep, this so-called "legal expert" apparently has no concept of God-given rights as recognized and protected by our Constitution. But this "Big Brother" mindset of government being the ultimate grantor of rights has been progressively and insidiously penetrated both our educational systems and mainstream media to the extent that some people actually believe this to be true.

  • We the people have conferred entirely too much power over us to governments at every level.  We the people need to correct that error before it is too late, and we become servants of the government.

  • he must be one of those so called intolerant liberals who believe women are wasting their lives if they don't forsake motherhood for career

  • Indoctrinated professors! We're screwed. Reminds me of that movie "Idiocracy".

    • Or Soylent Green.

  • Lord save us from the so-called "legal experts". The Almighty Creator has endowed us with certain rights and it is up to us as a self-governing people to decide how we use them, not the State.

  • It is stunning to hear citizens refer to we-the-peoples' government as "The Government", as if its a stand alone enity that weilds power over us. That's not true. Each citizen is a member of each three levels of government, and we elect citizens to serve on our behalf and at our consent, not their consent.

  • The government does not confer anything on we the people.

    • The only thing government confers on We The People - - are taxes, debt and war!!

  • It would be a professor. Seems like the longer they stay in school, the dumber they get.
