Absolutely....YES!
YES WE DID
The Federal Department of Eduction has never, ever helped children! The only thing the Federal DoE has ever done is to indoctrinate and brainwash children into a generation of elitist, priviledged brats that don't have the brains God (YHWH) gave a slug! The Church MUST take back education in America!!!
How about bringing God back in to our nation; He is sorely missed by so many, but still ignored by others.
Or at least bring God back into school!
And the courts. Then the rest will follow.
Poor woman. She means well. But she is so locked in to the left that she cannot see what is right. The DOE is not a bad idea. It is what they do. (I hear what you say, but I also see what you do!) But it was taken over by globalists and dems (Uni Party) and corrupted. Their product is not selling as seen by the rankings of superior education. We are last. I do not hear her address our educational ranking and what should be done to correct the situation. Complains, but offers no corrective solutions. Her frustration lies first in the thought of the removal of her "savior" (the DOE) and secondly in the thought that she sees no correction to its failures. Monopolies need competition. Handing the DOE back to the states provides that competition. "My state of Mississippi has better education than yours, New York!" And the challenge is on! While that is true, it goes much deeper. Parents generally do not care about their child's future. "Leave me alone. I am too busy. I am too important to my company, sorority, church group, my date, etc., to be bothered right now. Go play with you cell phone or computer." THE NEW PLAY PEN. The real problem is not the DOE, but the parent(s). We need a return to what is correct no matter how much that hurts. That return is coming soon. it is unstoppable.
I fully agree with you, John. I have seen young mothers walking their little grade-school darlings home at 3pm, it should have been a time for connecting and finding out what Johnny or Julie did that day. But no, the child was trotting along behind mommy dearest while mom was on her phone. Wealthy nations offer up many addictions to have fun with, right?
John, All great points! The DoE has failed because it is a bureaucracy and it has fallen into the trap of Satan. If we rid ourselves of government run schools and went back to Church run schools operating on Biblical principles, both the children and the parents would learn their roles and responsibilities in relationship one to another. Additionally, if we rid ourselves of socialism, including, the 88 means tested welfare programs, then parents would be much more vested in their children's education. A successful child is not a drain on the wealth and stability of the nuclear family but an asset. The parent who invests in the success of the child under Biblical Principles (Honor you mother and father) raises a child who will care for the parent in their old age. Additionally, after the child finishes grade school under Biblical Principles he/she understands their responsibility to earn a living and then care for their spouse and children. The Bible teaches a family support cycle that places responsiblity for the care and raising of a child on the parents and a later responsiblity on the child to care for their aged parents. This is how God (YHWH) intended society to function but government education denies God!
👍 Absolutely, "Education begins at home" (or it should) and is "reinforced" there!
