Let the President Declare Limited Martial Law on day one of his administration. Let him assume the role of Chief Constitutional Law Enforcement Officer.
Limited Martial Law permits the President to suspend or avoid direct oversight by the federal Courts... and will waylay the hundreds of frivolous lawsuits that would otherwise be used to challenge the President's authority to personally 'take care' that the laws be faithfully executed.

The President's authority to enforce the law is a Constitutional power..." TO TAKE CARE THAT THE LAWS BE FAITHFULLY EXECUTED...and is supreme.
Martial Law would permit the President to present criminal cases for indictment to a Grand Jury...the criminal behavior of individuals in the FBI, DOJ, Intel Services, and other federal agencies who have or are currently violating our laws with impunity would no longer go without action. The use of Martial Law to ensure the deep state is dissolved and held accountable is the only way to proceed given the present situation. There are too many agents in the government implicated in treason, sedition, and insurrection to expect them to self-incriminate or confess.
Martial law will permit the President to personally round up the deep state operatives currently avoiding arrest... the individuals that the FBI and DOJ can't seem to find or refuse to bring to justice. In 3 1/2 years, not one major political figure has been indicted for their acts of open criminal conduct. The FBI and DOJ... Federal law enforcement and the courts have become ineffective in the dispensing of impartial justice. They have demonstrated their inability to faithfully execute the Law. Many of the members of the DOJ, FBI, and Courts may have engaged in criminal conduct, making their agencies questionable partners in the lawlessness.
HOPEFULLY MR. TRUMP WILL BE AWARE OF THIS.
Ron, I second this motion. Any discussion, No discussion, then let's vote to pass this resolution. I agree that the only way to fix a corrupt system is to take drastic action to relieve that system of all power and authority and then set about prosecuting the lot of them!

On the matter of the MYSTERY Drones... I can tell you that these are US Department of Defense drones which are undergoing AI/ML training where the US Citizenry is being used as guinea pigs to train the AI/ML to track moving targets.
Under Alejandro Mayhorkas the US Department of Homeland Security has "NO AUTHORITY" to do anything to protect the US Homeland! Someone tell me ONE THING that the Department of Homeland Security has done in the last four years to protect the US Homeland or ONE TIME when Alejandro Mayorkas stated that he and the department over which he presides has any authority or capability to take any action to protect the US Homeland! Folks, we, the US taxpayers, have paid this idiot's salary for four years and he has FAILED CONSTANTLY to perform the MISSION for which he was hired and took an oath of office to fulfill!
