Getting the evidence to support impeachment is as easy as walking down the hall to the House's archives office and collecting the carloads of sworn testimony, boxes of official documents, and the rhymes of official government evidence to support the CHARGES in the Articles of Impeachment. There is no lack of available evidence, including sworn testimony, and official records to prove all the charges in the Articles of Impeachment. More hearings are not necessary.
Even simpler and quicker... direct the various house committee to gather all the sworn testimony, official documents, and records (evidence) from the committees that have already held hearings evidencing the charges contained in the articles of impeachment. Then appoint a House prosecutor and prosecution team... let them organize all the existing evidence and proceed with the trial... This is not rocket science for experienced prosecutors.
This is so much Bull Crappie... REMOVE SPEAKER MCCARTHY and do it now... immediately, move to vacate his office as speaker. His betrayal over the debt ceiling should have ended with his removal. Now, his lying and dissimulation over these impeachment articles is too much. It only takes one member of the house to raise the motion to vacate, which forces a vote to remove the Speaker... Do this every day until he is removed or resigns. This kind of fundamental betrayal is exactly what is not needed in our leadership. McCarthy promised to Impeach Biden and to hold the line on spending and the debt ceiling ... he has done neither and in fact, worked to do just the opposite. Remove him as Speaker.
McCarthy is probably correct. Impeachement is not something that should be taken lightly or without all the facts in evidence. I doubt if anyone on this site agrees with the actions TRAITOR JOE has taken, but to go off half cocked is not the way to handle impeachment. The impeachment indictment should have all the anti-American, anti-Constitution words and deeds laid out. It would be hard enough, even with all the evidence to get to Senate to agree to convict TRAITOR JOE; but if the facts aren't laid out in a logical way: there would be no chance.
It is highly doubtful that Biden can be convicted... regardless of the mountains of evidence provided to prove the charges leveled in the Articles of Impeachment...
however, the political damage to him and the Democrat Party would likely cost them both Houses of Congress and put the GOP in the driver's seat... just where the GOP doesn't want to be... the bums would probably throw the trial to avoid being in charge of the government. Being in charge would take away any excuses they have for not following the GOP planks... balancing the budget, controlling and resolving the illegal alien problem, defense spending, cultural reforms, etc. These issues would all prove problematic as the GOP fails to follow the conservative path... preferring the status quo over most reforms.

All the evidence needed to convict Biden as charged is already present in the House... it only needs to be organized and presented by a qualified team of House prosecutors. Rhymes of evidence, to support the articles of impeachment, are already in the official custody of the House... sworn testimony, official records, documents, Emails, memoranda, policy directives, etc. are all available as proof of Biden's criminal conduct and failure to discharge the duties of his office.

How can that be true? Biden's priority is to orchestrate 24/7 protection against threats to our sovereignty, security, and safety. Borders are the first line of defense against such foreign threats. When he took office, construction was ongoing to secure the grossly dilapidated southwest border in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986. However, on his first day in office, he de facto abdicated his duty to orchestrate that protection when he committed a blatant act of anarchy by issuing an executive that stopped the construction and left the border unsecure. If that's not a slam dunk case for impeachment, why not?
Janet... Individual Citizens may not present articles of impeachment in the House... that requires a member of the House to take it up. Most issues raised by Patriots require official support from members of our representative government.
It should be obvious by now that our representatives DO NOT WORK FOR US. the common man or woman.
That situation is now critical and may well end in the streets with blood... Blaming the average citizen for the failure of leadership is counterproductive and may well serve the interest of those keeping us divided and unorganized.
