The NEA is one of the MOST NEFARIOUS unions in the USA. I have witnessed first hand what it has done to brainwash and corrupt teachers and bring about massive increases in spending for public education by enforcing the creation of more and more and more public school administrators. I had a close Christian friend who became a teacher. After five years of forced membership in NEA, she renounced Christ! I have seen school spending rise over and over in my very rural county while the school system was rated lower and lower by the state until it is has now been the worst school system in the state for the past five years and spends more per student than all of the top five school districts per student. The NEA should be renamed the NATIONAL EVIL ASSOCIATION!
Can they be fired? They should be fired! Is this legal?
Can Congress write a law? Can Congress defund criminal activists? Or are they as helpless, feckless, deaf, dumb and as blind as they appear?
Question is, "Are they worth ANYTHING?"
