Trump needs to raise the money if he can't get the appeals court to set the state's threats to cease his assets aside while the case is under review...or the reviewing authority needs to ... immediately throw the case out.

Does everyone understand Trump CAN'T appeal the court decision until he pays his judgement or posts a 400,000,000.00 bond which is too large for any bond company to issue! So, unless he comes up with a half a billion dollars of cash he has NO appeal! What type of system stops the appellate process that a defendant deserves? .....a corrupt one!
In addition the court is planning to use Trump Towers to house Illegal Aliens!
Isn't there an avenue in such egregious cases.... where the harm to the public order and economy are so great that an appel may be heard on an emergency and expedited basis with the approval of two SCOTUS JUDGES and the Chief Justice?
This fine... where no injury occurred is simply CRUEL and Unusual.. besides being highly excessive.
