A confidential and classified directive issued by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic has been leaked.
The document orders all major Iranian banks, payment networks, card systems and financial institutions to immediately enter emergency operational mode in anticipation of nationwide unrest, sabotage, shutdown scenarios and regime-level crisis.
The directive explicitly instructs banks to:
• Prepare for blackouts and infrastructure collapse
• Secure and relocate critical financial data
• Activate crisis-mode parallel payment systems
• Prepare for system shutdowns, mass disruption, and nationwide instability
• Create alternative financial survival mechanisms in case the regime loses controlIn plain language:
The regime is officially preparing for collapse scenarios.
They are no longer planning for “if” — they are planning for when.This is not routine security paperwork.

The Islamic Regime (i.e. the Mullahs) has been under the control of the criminal Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) for many years now. A little history. When Ayatollah Khomeini formed his Islamic Government back in 1979, he released all of the most hardened criminals from prison and gave them positions in the IRGC. Over the years the IRGC grew into a separate military from the National Iranian Military known as the Artesh and each ground, the IRGC and Artesh, had their own separate military installations with each group hating and distrusting the other. In the 1990's the Regime began to place IRGC political officers inside of Artesh units which grew into having an IRGC brigade or regiment stationed on each Artesh installation. In the early 2000's the Regime ordered the quasi-integration of the IRGC and the Artesh with IRGC officers commanding at the Brigade and higher levels within the Artesh units. This was done to reduce the risk of an Artesh uprising which the Regime had not anticipated. Now that the people of Iran are rising up against the Regime we will in short order see Artesh soldiers and units joining the people as the Artesh believes its purpose is to protect the people. Once this begins to occur we will see the IRGC coming out to quell the uprising. If the US wants to see Iran throw off the Mullahs and establish a more friendly regime, we will need to help the Iranian People and the Artesh by bombing the IRGC encampments and taking away their ability to command, control, and move the IRGC forces around the country. If we don't provide some military assistance, I fear that the Mullahs will be killed and that the criminal IRGC leadership will assume control of the nation. That would be the worst outcome.
Thank you for your post. I have seen the Iranian people need help but have never known the history, so thank you again. Prophets Yvonne and Mina Attia, both Iranian, have talked somewhat about condidtions for Iran's people, but not enough to me to really understand the issues.
