I know how the government works. You do not need to impeach this nut job. All the government needs to do is eliminate his district. You might call it jerrymandering or whatever you want to call it, but the judge will have lost his federal position. There are several ways to get rid of this Demwit.
While I agree that Boasberg needs to go, please people, learn a little bit about how the government works at present. The House can impeach, but the Senate tries and if found guilty, removes a person from his/her position. It takes 67 votes. The Republicans at the present time have 53 Senators, not all of which have the best interest of the USA at heart, but even if all Republican Senators voted to impeach and remove him, or anyone else, 14 democrats would have to agree. And just what do you think the chances of that are?
Martha, thank you for the insight, I really had no idea how the government works! Now that I do, thanks to you, I am worried that anti-American, God less, Marxist Democrats are using and will continue to use these rules to defeat and block Trump from carrying out his MAGA quest! The Democrats are perverted, evil, and trying to destroy America, and we see proof of this every single day! If Trump has no way to stop these evil Judges who are exceding their authority and blocking a Trump program that are is in the very best interest of America and American, and therefore forcing the country to continue with programs that are destroying the country the country is going to be destroyed! Not a good plan! Do you have any suggestions of how to get around this problem, or do you suggest we just accept it and the dire consequences that go along with it?
There is possibly one way: The Nuclear Option. Personnally I have been against that, but with the way the democrats have been acting it may be the only way. If the Senate would agree to that it would onlyi take a simple majority. I could see using it but placing restrictions on it that it can only be used in cases of judicial confirmations and/or impeachments; any bills that pertained to National Security and bills that affected government spending. The bad thing would be if we used it now, the democrats would use it when they were in power. But they would probably do it anyway (even if we didn't use it).
Trump needs to once and for all put this serious problem of evil judges stepping out of line, at the top of his agenda! He cannot allow this to continue any longer! He needs to assemble a group of the best and brightest MAGA attorneys to attack Boshberg with every thing possible and bury this guy, and with him all the other two bit attorneys over stepping their authority! It is shamefull that with all the legal talent at his disposall he has not accomplished this! If he continues to allow these rouge attorneys to block his every move, he will eventually lose. This has to be at the top of his list of battles to win!
This judge is a NUT case. He needs to be impeached immediately. He has lost his mind.

If the Republicans in the US Congress fail to get hit on impeaching and removing leftist Judges before the mid-term elections, the Demoncrats will steal the midterms just like they stole the 2020 elections and the United States of America will be destroyed by 2030!
