We should be thankful for constitutionally faithful Attorneys General who understand that the representatives of We the People in Congress decide how our tax money is spent, not an ideologically controlled executive or the administrative state. And if the swamp tries to find another way around it, then we must stand in their way with other States and the constitutional rule of law, in the courts if necessary. The Constitution is still the supreme law of the land and it can and will prevail if honest and constitutionally faithful lawyers are called to serve.
