The annual cost to U.S. taxpayers for Obamacare (the Affordable Care Act, or ACA) is primarily driven by federal subsidies that help millions of people afford health insurance.

In 2023, these subsidies amounted to approximately $91 billion.

However, the ACA's cost to taxpayers is complex and includes two main components:

Subsidies for marketplace plans.Funding for the expansion of the Medicaid program. which did or des include migrants.

In 2023, these premium tax credits and related subsidies cost the federal government about $91 billion.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projected this figure would rise to $138 billion by 2034.

The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022 enhanced these subsidies through the end of 2025. A permanent extension of these enhanced subsidies would cost an estimated $335 billion over 10 years.

The ACA also provides funding to states that have expanded their Medicaid programs to cover more low-income adults.

For fiscal year 2024, federal spending on Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) totaled $584 billion, a portion of which is attributable to the ACA's expansion.

Two options that I know of:

1. Lawful Jural Assemblies,

A Declaration of Unalienable Rights, (which cannot be taken away by any entity, corporation or person). (No judge could touch this as our JUDGES are CORPORATE/CORPORATIONS.
A Declaration of Independence, free from corrupt GOV,CO, and which does NOT remove Citizenship.
(Removing Citizenship is what the Sovereign movement is about, as the Citizenship of the 14th Amendment places the man or woman as SUBJECTS who are SUBJECT TO the
Jurisdiction of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in WASHINGTON D.C. All Federal flags are U.S. flags with the gold fringe and they are in ALL MARITIME COURTS.
All courts are Maritime Jurisdiction. All SUBJECTS in a Maritime Court are legally, UNDER water. The minute they ask you, are your JoeKNOW, and that person answers Yes, they are already GUILTY, as they admitted they are CORPORATE MARITIME (SUBJECTS) Subject to THAT jurisdiction. 2. Citizen's Common Law Grand Juries, which Col. Nelson has verified as above all existing courts and judges. Citizens form a Common Law Grand Jury. They gather evidence. H. Clinton, would have been the perfect person to begin this process on in trial—and set the example. Evidence was available everywhere, from her first law case, to Benghazi, to her channeling Eleanor Roosevelt in the WH as a bonafide WITCH———and bringing in another witch to OUR HOUSE, to multiple Secret Service who were murdered at her order. Her brother is said to be mafia or connected to it. Epstein flight logs could have been subpoena'd a decade ago, had these Juries been up and running. She would be 'gone' by now.

ObamaCare was ruled as a legal tax, and John Glover Roberts Jr. cast the final vote to bring it in, and he had investestment into ObamaCare.

How about one law or amendment that requires all unconstitutional laws be ripped up, decaptitated, removed, annulled or whatever it takes. And please include the 13th, 14th, 16th and 17th. In fact, why can't we go back to the original Constitution and be done with all of those amendments.
