Lying Joe Insane O'Biden and the Demoncrat Party have proven over and over and over and over that they have NO INTENTION of following either the US Constitution or the past Law of the United States as enshrined in US Code, but that they are going to do whatever they want just like the petulent children they are!!! This is yet another example of their childish and illegal behavior. Of course, the Republicans consistently allow this behavior on the part of the Demoncrats by only providing a short scolding. When scolding does not work, it is time to resort to corporal punishment!

The US Constitution is crystal clear... whenever the House presents Articles of Impeachment to the Senate the US Senate must hold a trial... there is no option... but a trial. No motion to acquit before a trial is held and the evidence submitted... no call to dismiss the Articles before a trial.
We must insist the House resubmit the Articles of Impeachment with a House resolution demanding a trial... and if it is not forthcoming the House should seek a court order to compel the Senate to hold a trial. If that fails the House should pass a House Resolution to hold the trial in the House based on the US Senate's abdication of that power.
We must insist the House resubmit the Articles of Impeachment with a House resolution demanding a trial... and if it is not forthcoming the House should hold the trial and see how the Senate likes the abandonment of 'normal' constitutional order.
