The CIA (Communists In Action) lost all relevance as a National Security capability during the Reagan Administration. All they do is go around the world causing mayhem which leads to more wars and they cannot be trusted. I fought against the CIA every single day in my final 10 years in the military. They are just a big collection of Marxist liars!
