Slick Willie Clinton should have NEVER brought Somalis to the United States of America. Anyone with a little knowledge of Somalia knows that it is made up of 69 different tribes and that in the macro the country is divided into three different states. Somalia was created by the Italians just like every other third world country that endured European Imperialism/Colonialism. The United States forced an end to European Imperialism/Colonialism as a precondition of our entry into World War I. The problem is that when these colonies were freed the Europeans wanted the borders of their former colonies maintained without regard for the ethnic and tribal realities on the ground. The USA has no business getting involved in third world country civil wars except to sell as many arms as possible to all sides of the conflict. The ONLY way to end the conflict is for someone to win decisively and for the other factions to lose terribly. That has been the condition of man for the past 6,000 years!
