Speech Is Neither Free Nor Protected

mrz020617-color_13.jpg?profile=RESIZE_400x(PatriotHQ) ‘Speech Is Neither Free Nor Protected’ is a falsehood propagated by the Deep State. Those in power expect obedience and perceive any form of resistance as terrorism. However, the real issue lies in the corruption which has infiltrated our government, putting it in conflict with the principles outlined in the Constitution. This is why We the People must correct this dangerous path the Deep State has laid out for America.

The U.S. government has labeled anyone with views critical of the government as "domestic terrorists," leading to the criminalization of political expression and the erosion of freedom of speech. Seditious conspiracy, the charge used against individuals like Stewart Rhodes involved in the January 6 Capitol riots, does not require violent actions but only the promotion of revolution.

This empowers the government to suppress dissenting voices, justifying it as a response to threats to democracy. However, throughout history, individuals like America's founders used provocative language to incite change and protect liberties.

Today, the government is targeting those who express contrary views, using surveillance technologies to monitor social media and categorizing people based on perceived threats. Merely sharing or engaging with certain content can land individuals on watchlists.

Whistleblowers like Julian Assange and Chelsea Manning, who expose government misconduct, face severe consequences. The government's fear of an informed and engaged citizenry underpins its suppression of transparency and accountability.

The First Amendment protects the right to criticize the government, but holding it accountable remains a challenge. The conflict between Assange and the Deep State reflects a broader debate over the people's protected status under the Constitution.

-> If the current trajectory continues, anyone advocating for government accountability will be labeled an extremist and subjected to surveillance and suppression.

It is crucial to become advocates for the Constitution and protect our rights.

IMHO – If the Deep State can manipulate the First Amendment by branding free speech as terrorism, it raises concerns about what else they can corrupt. The next target could be the Second Amendment, which guarantees the right to bear arms. Other constitutional provisions, such as the qualifications for the presidency or the authority to mint coins, could also be disregarded if the fundamental pillar of free speech is compromised.

We the People must protect our rights, for once they are gone they will never return.

  • 18 U.S. Code § 700 - Desecration of the flag of the United States; penalties
    (a)
    (1)
Whoever knowingly mutilates, defaces, physically defiles, burns, maintains on the floor or ground, or tramples upon any flag of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
    (2)
This subsection does not prohibit any conduct consisting of the disposal of a flag when it has become worn or soiled.
    (b)
As used in this section, the term “flag of the United States” means any flag of the United States, or any part thereof, made of any substance, of any size, in a form that is commonly displayed.
    (c)
Nothing in this section shall be construed as indicating an intent on the part of Congress to deprive any State, territory, possession, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico of jurisdiction over any offense over which it would have jurisdiction in the absence of this section.
    (d)
    (1)
An appeal may be taken directly to the Supreme Court of the United States from any interlocutory or final judgment, decree, or order issued by a United States district court ruling upon the constitutionality of subsection (a).
    (2)
The Supreme Court shall, if it has not previously ruled on the question, accept jurisdiction over the appeal and advance on the docket, and expedite to the greatest extent possible.
    (Added Pub. L. 90–381, § 1July 5, 196882 Stat. 291; amended Pub. L. 101–131, §§ 2, 3, Oct. 28, 1989103 Stat. 777.)

We need a party to bring a case to have the Supreme Court revisit its earlier ruling...  Desecration of an official symbol of our nation's sovereignty, at a minimum, is an act of sedition and should not be permitted as a form of lawful political speech.  A popper defense of the US Flag Code should have resulted in the code being held constitutional.  There are too many optional means to express one's ire for the United States without desecrating its national flag or offending most of its citizens.

    • With all due respect Colonel, what we need is not more laws and punishments but more people who will do the right thing according to God's Laws, even when no one is watching, and to pray for our people while helping to persuade others to do the same. The violent and destructive members of society who actually cause harm to lives and property must be dealt with on a daily basis, but we simply do not have the law enforcement resources go after the deluded and ungrateful but relatively harmless miscreants among us. It is clearly a matter of prioritizing our necessarily limited resources in this earthly realm, and realizing that the Almighty Creator will be the final judge of all our actions.

    • I agree... we need more enforcement concentrated on historical priorities for enforcement...  crimes against property and people.... not WOKE offenses.

  • The best way to preserve our freedom of speech, and all of our other rights as well, it to exercise them publicly and without fear. That doesn't mean that we can't be considerate of the opinions or feelings of others who may not agree with our own. The evil one only wants to create hatred, division and chaos but if we will strive to only love God, and our neighbors as ourselves, we can avoid the civil conflict that the dark, spiritual forces are trying to incite. Pray always, and do the next right thing so that we may have and enjoy the blessings of that peace which defies all understanding.

  • The last sentence says it all.  I'm in my 70's and I never thought this lie the Marxists are propagating about freedom of speech would ever be an issue.  I sometimes wonder if the Marxists aren't trying to push us to another civil war!

    • They are.... Marxist thrive where chaos rules... civil war is seen as a path to the reconstruction of the state by Marxists...

    • You are correct.

  •  Correct Joela. Another reason for the 2nd amendment.  And the bill of Rights. Our government has lost its fear of the people. And that is when tyranny comes from. This is where we are. 1 question,  how do we reinstill a Fear of the People??

  • Free speech is the backbone of our nation.

When the people are silenced because of fear of a weaponized government then we have to resist and put the government back in it's cage.
