  • Right after the POS was elected president, is when a large group of people realized things are getting out of hand. We have been waiting about 14 years for the shift to begin. It's not just the government, the people move slowly as wel, and we have a long way to go, I sure hope the republic can urvive our snail speed!

  • President Trump isn't just the leader of the tea party, he is also the leader of the Republican Party and the UNITED States of America.

    • Yup, Trump is the George Washington of our day!

    • Exactly, Steve. And that's one of the reasons we follow President Trump no matter what.

    • And he is being pimp-slapped by a scawny New York bench warmer with impunity,

because no way to redress this is currently availible.

      Time for a change. Seriously.

    • Skeptical, it will be up to President Trump to clean up the mess that the US judiciary has become. Once he is president, he'll need to assume total authority over the judiciary to restore the law and the US Constitution.

Paul, I absolutely do not doubt that correction is necessary.

How Constitutionally shall he achieve this?

Our Nation has been juggling with the extra-Constitutional lit dynamite stick called the Executive order for some time. Lacking Constitutional installment with proper time and scope restrictions, it is bound to go off in our faces!

No way will I promote the U.S.A. indulging in a despotism binge, swearing to go sober tomorrow thereafter.

You go over to the dark force just once, and there is no turning back without dire penalty

(that is the fictional but true lesson offered by George Lucas exemplified in Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker!).

    • Skeptical, what options do we have? President Trump tried to fix things in his first term and he did have many, many successes. But we are right back to a mess with a judiciary that's totally out of control. They didn't admit the mountains of evidence for the rigged election in 2020 and they are admitting cases against Trump without any valid evidence. How do we fix the judiciary? Not to mention all the people who betrayed Trump during and mostly after their service in his administration. So, what can President Trump do differently?

    • Yeah, I know the options look lousy.

But like many professional callings that have an installed code of ethics, The administration of law is populated by many who do not just see it as a paycheck, but more importantly a lifes calling for higher purpose. You have to do something during your life, why not something that counts? They love Justice, and choose the pursuit of her in service.

I believe these people will nesessarily see this "judge" as a hash stain on Justices' pantys, and will want him removed to avoid future dirty issues. This persons irregularities casts the whole faith and confidence in judicial fidelity in an ugly light. Regulatory peer bodies for review of any judge exists with the possible exception of SCOTUS (but SCOTUS is composed of members with an eye on the history books as their legacy and epitaph, so it may not matter). The virtuous peers will not tolerate this activist in robes.

But with Trump as Chief Executive dealing with the bureaucratic administrations, executive organs, that just may be a differant kettle of fish. Unelected but rather appointed for life bureaucrats with no periodic review and discretion to issue regulations that have the effect of law upon the People, surely is Constitutionally questionable in spirit and technicality. To change this scenarios' dynamic, a Presidential administration fervently dedicated to reform may be needed. I figure with Donald Trump and pretty much everyone in his World to be governmentally screwed over, Trump will be motivated.
