Black population in the US is only 13% or about 35 million. Out of which 54% are registered voters or 18.9 million and about half of them vote or about 9 million and only 3.9 million votes in every election! But make up 35% of all the abortions done in the US. Thier vote is very small but they are abused by the Dems!
