Rice is a jerk. Have her go over Biteme's cabinet. He had a homo for the director of transporttion, a transgender for the assist Surgeon General, another transgender who was in charge of nuclear waste, a liar as the Secretary of Homeland Security,and a lisbian as his Press Secretary.
