Maybe the Texas National Guard needs to place razor wire around the border patrol and ICE installations and close all state roads leading to them... cutting them off and isolating them... The State can legally close its highways as it deems proper and necessary for its safety and security. Let the Border Patrol walk or find other ways to access the razor wire... if they can.

Gov. Abbot and TX can, also, issue ARREST WARRANTS for any federal agents caught "trespassing"!! That I would truly love to see!
Close all state and county roads leading to or from federal installations that house and administer Border operations... for the safety and security of Texans. Schedule escorted traffic (twice daily (am and pm) into and out of the closed zones, to permit essential commercial and government business. Do not admit federal traffic moving illegal aliens anywhere except to detention centers or for deportation...
Escort all such traffic... to ensure the aliens are removed from the state and not just moved to another state. Remove the landing and airport services from any commercial or private aircraft and business flying aliens out of Texas to interior states... shut down such air traffic. Do the same for all forms of commercial traffic, bus, train, boat, etc. Cite CRIMINAL HARBORING STATUTES for such acts and enforce the laws governing such activity as knowingly transporting illegal aliens.
Let the Federal agents cut razor wire in their employee parking lots or backyards... Issue citations to appear for destruction of state property... to access damages and reimbursement of state losses.
Just one more item... Barbed wire is not razor wire... Have Texas replace all razor wire with barbed wire and other forms of fencing.
How about cutting off all State-licensed or regulated UTILITIES to Federal Installations that conduct border operations... shut off their water and power... heat and AC... if lawful? If not consider rolling blackouts during peak periods of demand Cite CONSERVATION measures necessary to hit Biden's GREN Carbon emissions targets... Do the same for gasoline and diesel fuel deliveries cutting quantities permitted to be consumed and access for deliveries to the fed in Texas... cite their need to share the burden for th oil shortages and fuel prices...
