Because they are without question not only de facto encouraging, emboldening and adiding and abetting migrants illegal entry into this country; upon arrival they provide them with debit cards, maps, legal counsel, pamphlets to guide them on what to say to Border Patrol agents, etc. Everyone associated with the NGO should be prosecuted for outright anarchy against this nation.
Then he'd have to dismantle the Catholic Church, too. They are a far bigger offender.
