The Fed ruled about cutting razor wire, Texas said no, and many States have joined with Texas.
Several States are trying to keep Trump off the ballot. if the Fed does nothing then States can control elections not the people
Sanctuary Cities and States are in direct violation of immigration law and there is no action by the courts, Fed or the combined States.
If Trump is elected some States will declare: He Is Not Our President! ....and enforce it.
Fed is allowing an invasion on the Southern border but says nothing about the northern Border (where the 911 terrorist came into the US.
States are refusing to teach US history or distorting it. ....shall I go on?
The new civil war may not be as defined as the North vs South but instead will have pockets of resistance and outright blocking of the Federal Government.
There may not be Articles of Confederation but may have The Woke or DIE (diversity, inclusion equity) Manifest may become very real.
The again, ..is my tin foil hat showing?

The Colonel and I have a dialog about a States Sovereign privilige to
secede at-will, if the federal servant is unresponsive. I have yet to
share with him, my notice of the title of the first central document. It
bears the term"Perpetual Union". But if I do, I imagine he will quickly
reply the term was discarded as not desirable. Then I would reply, if
the idea is so undesirable, then why was the document abandoned
in a Convention for a stronger central government role in a newly
proposed Constitution (which it was indeed)? With no specific text
mentioning a withdrawl from the Union? But I would be ornery to do
so I suppose.I do like the multiple crowns bordering the Articles of
Confederation though. It does not mark the document as royalist,
but rather suggests the multiple Sovereign States in a closed border.

A civil war is already in progress.

Finally in closing, Joe Biden is a seditionist.
We always think that, then it fizzles out and nothing comes of it!
This is a scenario of affirming state sovereignty to their federal servant,
and a warrant against reckless federal dereliction to Constitutional duty.
