We must go after them in every way possible, but to hit them in the pocketbook, that's what hurts them the most.....and sometimes just the fact they are being sued, the cost to prep, the fear it may not work out their way is enough to make them pay.
I agree. IMO - They will win in court against selected defendants which include out of court settlements. However, we (PCC) can follow the trial and support them with our prayers and letters.
Hope TPUSA and the Kirk Family sue the evil out of existence.

The court will have to decide where the freedom of speech ends and defamation of character begins in each action. Since the plaintiff is the family of the deceased then all they can pull from is his record and he, a public figure created a high bar to show defamation. This will be difficult for the family to go forward with this case. They will have to forum shop and choose the defendants very, very carefully. Unless the court finds in a demur then there will be enough merit to move forward. In that case this is a 2 to 3 year + case and if the defendant believes they will lose then there will be an out of court settlement wrapped in the non-disclosure agreement.
