The Department of Justice informed the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday night that it would not cooperate with subpoenas for two FBI agents involved in the department's investigation of Hunter Biden because of the committee's stipulations for their depositions.
Carlos Uriarte, DOJ assistant attorney general, claimed in a letter obtained by the Washington Examiner to committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) that his subpoenas to the two agents "lack legal effect and cannot constitutionally be enforced" because Jordan had prohibited DOJ lawyers at their depositions.
"The subpoenas issued by the Committee prohibit the attendance of agency counsel at appearances by two FBI employees where the Committee has indicated it will ask questions regarding information they learned within the scope of their official duties, including regarding the ongoing criminal investigation," Uriarte wrote.
He also noted that compelling testimony from the pair of FBI officials, special agents Thomas Sobocinski and Ryeshia Holley of the FBI's Baltimore Field Office, "was premature" because the DOJ was open to continuing "discussions" with Jordan.

How is it that these corrupt unelected officials get away with refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas; albeit The House of Representatives issue them on behalf of constituents? The culprit's penalty for refusing to comply should be to be automatically fired, and never allowed to serve again in any government position.
FBI under Biden will never cooperate. They are getting away with illegal arrest, illegal, spying, and so forth. They know if they're exposed or what they have done they will go to jail they will be charged helping with the conspiracies using their people to make conspiracies. Congress is scared because they will be exposed for breaking laws and will be charged by the FBI. The FBI Congress state workers along with federal workers will all be exposed for conspiring and willfully breaking the laws & constitution for controlling the police state or as we say Marxism communism. They know they have to destroy USA within. They have been in control for a long time unconstitutionally. We cannot control or stop the FBI for past presidents have put them in control of there demise. They can blackmail spy illegally charge illegally break laws. Now they think they are above the law. They are the law and they control the country within as a police state. Until Congress comes clean up or silver war breaks out they are not part of the constitution the FBI, CIA, FDA, EPA & more. Congress gave a lot of that power away. That's how they destroyed the constitution within.
How can anyone fix this when only ONE side of this battle, the Right, adheres to the law and the Constitution? The Left completely ignores whatever they want to ignore without consequence. As long as this scenario exists, we Americans on the Right are helpless. We are taking a knife to a gunfight and we have our hands tied behind our back. The current status of the United States of America must be rethought with a new strategy developed to save our country. And with the use to AI and big Tech, we are chained.
It seems like we get another reason every single day why President Trump will have to assume total authority over the judiciary when he gets elected to the White House again. It will be a daunting task for him to clean up this mess.
