Too much fraud is being done!!!!!!

It is way past time to clean up our voter rolls and make photo ID a requirement.

The vote cheating in 2020 is tardily being officially examined. Fulton County, Georgia officials admit that over 315,000 illegal votes were counted in a state where corrupt biden “won” by less than 12,000. In coming months congressional investigators and DoJ teams will probably be documenting how millions of illegal votes got counted in 2020 -- something that should provide impetus for moves to tighten sloppy election rules and oversight. Along with the confected “pandemic” and arguments for mail-in ballots purportedly to protect lives during it, these departures from sound practice by leftwing/democrats made the 2020 election an illegal farce, particularly in the swing states.

It appears that no election will be held from now that doesn’t feature accusations of fraud — unless we fix the system.  Mass-mail, harvesting and stuffing, late counts, illegals voting, machine manipulation, printing and plumbing issues — the list seems endless with innovative shenanigans each cycle. For states to come to their senses it will take serious cajoling.

Categorize the problems, and concentrate on the main issues, call them The 4 Ps:
Precinct, Process, Paper and Participation.

1. Precinct. Each provides a voting venue on a small and manageable scale, there is no reason that a local precinct cannot count and publish the precinct vote.  Large, centralized ballot collection and counting facilities only incentivize stuffing, miscounting, and fraud. Precinct level vote counts limit the degree to which a precinct can cheat to 100% of their recorded registered voters.  In precincts where few opposition observers are willing to volunteer, state-appointed monitors and 24/7 publicly accessible video, inside and outside of polling places, could alert election monitors of irregularities, violations, and voter intimidation. The vote tally must be posted publicly on line for watchdog scrutiny in the process of adding up county and state totals, and posted for public surveillance.  There can be no more mass collection or transport of ballots until post-election, and then only for regularly administered audits.

2. Process. Ban mail-in ballots! Convenience is no excuse for permitting fraud — and there can be no use of the postal system to transport ballots! If it requires privatizing the postal system and auctioning it off to private couriers, so be it. No more machine counts! Standardized round table tallies as displayed in the 2020 Arizona recount, at the precinct level would be prompt, simple, and manageable. Upon publishing the precinct vote, watchdog tabulators would verify counts that add to the state tally, and that they are within the limits of registered voter totals.  Any precinct overages reported must be pulled from vote totals and held in a provisional status pending investigation. Absentee voting should be rare, and strictly vetted for reasonable need. County registrations can be monitored so as not to exceed a sensible small percent of total registered voters to prevent fraud. Absentee voters in remote places, or their employers, must pay for courier service; just part of the decision made when accepting work assignments or retirement choices in remote and foreign locations. There can be no use of national or foreign postal systems for transmitting absentee ballots. Chain of custody is paramount. To accommodate the bedridden in nursing homes, registered election notaries should be available to facilitate voting by competent, but otherwise immobile citizens, arranging receipt and return by courier of each registered absentee ballot.  Such a system must be devised to eliminate mass vote harvesting in nursing homes by political activists. Similarly, drop boxes and ballot harvesting in all forms must be banned! Mass collection of ballots without a legitimate chain of custody only leads to political preference culling and ballot stuffing. Schedules to vote: 3-days prior to election day; Saturday, Sunday, and Monday would be sufficient for patriotic and civic-minded citizens to vote. The absolute deadline to receive and count all ballots, in-person and absentee, must be Tuesday evening at 7:00 or 8:00 pm.  All trailing votes must be disqualified.  The risk of last-minute ballot stuffing is too great. And to guarantee no dishonest citizens vote more than once, an index finger dipped in indelible purple ink on the way out of the polling place must be mandatory. This process is a regular feature of elections in many countries — like ours, where trust is an issue. It should be viewed as a badge of civic honor, explicitly stating: “I Voted”.

3. Paper. Americans are wary of voting machines, paranoid about mechanized fraud.  We must institute a tangible, verifiable, and infallible means of recording voter choice — on paper. States will conduct the election process, but we need a nationally standardized, durable cardstock paper ballot, suitable for repeated handling on counts and recounts, with standard size print and layout for easy viewing at a glance while rotating on a manual count turntable. We must be wary of nefarious intent with over-complicated choices, we must limit candidates during primaries to the top candidates polling in primaries beyond single digits.  Referendums must be short and succinct, and easy to decide on. Screen selection machines printing to ballots must be banned.  Trust comes from direct, manual selection by the voter filling in one pre-printed circle next to the candidate or issue of choice with a pen.

4. Participation. Why would any sovereign people relinquish the paramount choice of leadership to anyone without a stake in the success of our society?  There is a clear distinction between makers and takers in our midst.  The makers in society must maintain the guardrails in a community of free citizens with inalienable rights. The habitual takers will only take us to the cleaners. Makers are defined by beneficial action; leading an honest and productive life, or retired from a lifetime of endeavor. Only stakeholder citizens contributing to national prosperity should decide our future. Takers are defined by sucking.  Obviously, illegals must be excluded from the vote but there are also some citizens who must be assessed for their contributions — or lack thereof. Some citizens are by their detrimental inaction, demonstrably unable to make rational choices in the best interest of society. Habitual welfare dependents, the drug-addled, mentally ill, and persistent predators should be put in a separate category of citizenry and withheld from the franchise through passage of a social misfit amendment. The inveterate indigent might earn eligibility by working 20 hours per week — like SNAP benefit requirements for able-bodied adults without dependents.  The incurable others need to be institutionalized and kept apart from our peaceful, voting society. States must constantly, under public scrutiny and with federal oversight, cull voter rolls upon the death of registered voters, and cross-reference registrations to eliminate multiple fraudulent domiciles.

It’s time to end the fraud in our elections.
