Trying to disarm the American people is treason. The militia is all of the people capable of bearing arms and willing to do so in defense of themselves, their communities, and their country, and the Constitution makes very clear that the militia is as much a part of the military defense of America as any branch of the military.

The militia is irregular and more or less voluntary, but it is a fundamental part of America’s military defense nonetheless, especially defense of the homeland.

To disarm the people is to disarm the militia. And to disarm the militia is treason, just as it would be treason to make America defenseless by disarming the military. This is even more true when its clear purpose is seen: to make the people helpless so that the criminal gang in control of our government can make its power over us absolute.

It was the will of the founders and it is still their law that the American people be armed for the common defense. Any realistic interpretation of the 2nd Amendment not based in this truth is not a legitimate interpretation. So the attempt at civilian disarmament is illegal also because it is an attempt to undermine the foundation of American law.

Since it is the Constitution that defines the American nation (along with our borders), an attempt to destroy it by corrupting its meaning is an act of treason, and so is an attempt to disarm the American people; this makes civilian disarmament two acts of war combined in one package.

This is an important point to remember as the cold war over the right to be armed turns hot. The law is on the side of the patriot, no matter which side occupies the presidency, Congress, various other legislative bodies, and even the judiciary. Criminal gangs in control of government do not have the authority to make the law no longer the law; they simply break the law, thus defining themselves as criminals, and in this case, traitors.

Gun control is not about saving lives and never was. It's all about control, over the many, by the few. When the lies are stripped away from gun control propaganda, a strategy of war waged against America by traitors is all that's left.
