Judges not Congress, or the State Legislatures are mandating the law...The Courts are not simply ADMINISTERING THE LAW. Like teachers and public schools, the legal profession needs MASSIVE REFORMS... most of the practicing lawyers need to have their licenses suspended pending retraining... in Constitutional Law. New lawyers need to understand the Judiciary administers the law ... they don't reinterpret or establish new law thru court dicta and rulings. The court's rulings must apply ONLY TO THE CASE BEFORE THE COURT ... that includes the court's interim orders, injunctions, stays, etc.
