If you are a US citizen in the United States and would like to purchase your first home, you are barred from even applying, and if you do, you may be breaking the law! But it gets worse. Only illegal aliens are eligible for the first-time buyer program, which is not available to US citizens! You heard that right.

It is against the law for a US citizen to even apply for the illegal alien home loan program... so take a hike!

The big question is: where do all these billions and billions of ‘home loan dollars’ come from? The answer will infuriate you. It is coming from YOUR tax dollars and flowing into a program only foreigners with an illegal immigration status qualify for, a.k.a. illegal aliens.

They broke the law by coming here, and they continue to break the law by staying here. OMG!

• First-time homebuyers
• At least one member of the household is a first-generation homebuyer.
• Have a pending immigration status
• Income levels must also fall below specified limits. 

The program's expansion for illegal aliens is a significant shift, making California the first state in the U.S. to offer such substantial support to this group. The bill’s proponents argue it is a necessary step to ensure fairness for all residents who contribute to the state’s economy, regardless of their immigration status. ‘We believe in equity and now we have a chance to prove it!’

Arambula further explained the bill aims to be inclusive, ensuring all taxpayers in the state, regardless of immigration status, can benefit from the program, but this could be further from the truth, because 'all taxpayers' are US citizens who have the right to be a homeowner!
