Careful! This is a private citizen making these claims, and yes, a private citizen can 'ask or refer' to the DOJ and demand action. No evidence yet of criminal charges or DOJ action. As of June 2026, there are no public reports, indictments, or official investigations confirming felony charges against Thune or Weyers.

  Jea9, that's right. Anyone who is not 100% loyal to President Trump needs to be prosecuted, tried, and convicted. They are all part of the deep state and only President Trump can save us.

  Paul. It is God who is saving us for His purposes. All of these people who have given over to demonic world views, goals and actions, unless God does move, these people have zero chance to come to Christ and repent. God hates the sinner, it is not true that He loves the sinner but hates the sin. (Psa. 5 and Psa. 11) That mantra came from Mahatma Ghandi, not God. So, in His incredible mercy, that we can barely comprehend, He does these things through people, to give them a chance to redeem themselves. In return for Trump being led to follow the leading of Holy Spirit, he becomes the hands, heart and mind of God. a second King David and Cyrus, uniting, restoring and taking down the evil crowns. So Biblical.

  This is all true. "The Lord will abhor the bloody and deceitful man." That's why any good Christian also needs to abhor and punish anyone who does not follow God's will that is clearly spelled out in the Bible. Levy 20:13, Exodus 31:14, etc etc not only spell out the sin but also the punishment very clearly. Why have we not been following these laws? Let's hope that President Trump as God's tool will bring back the enforcement of these laws speedily.

  That is why the Law of Nature and Nature's God is crucial to Justice. The two documents are hand-in-hand. One is the law. The other is the basis for the law. It supremely affects the SCOTUS and lower courts and LAW, or is meant to. They are supposed to UNDERSTAND and OBEY and work UNDER the Constitution and in GOOD BEHAVIOR.
  
  If we turn our backs on our Christian founding and even the scriptures on the Statue of Liberty and the Liberty Bell and all 50 State Preambles, we truly lose our way. Our founders were what I call, "violently" Christian, meaning, there is NO other way to survive without God's Grace and Covering. That is why first graders, in the New England Primer, were taught the A,B,C's, through either scripture or paraphrased scripture about Jesus. And sermons were regularly put on the front page of the newspapers, often. Full page. Hence, also, the Black Robed Regiment, who preached a violent sermon, threw off their black robes, left the church and went into the battle for Liberty against England.

  You make very good points and that's exactly why we need to firmly establish a Christian theocracy that persecutes anyone who doesn't follow the Law of Nature and Nature's God. This would also fulfill the spirit of our Founding Fathers.

  I think there must not quite be that, but a distinction firmly and consistantly made that our laws, principles and rights and liberties came from scripture. Our Founders, teachers and Preachers taught that, People were informed. Expectations for the culture were clear. Expectations for family structure was clear. Expectations in the classroom were clear. Expectations in chores were clear. Everything reinforced everything.
  
  Our founding was fought by Christians. There's not a reason to change from what the Founders established, as a Constitutional Republic, into a theocracy.
  
  Islam is theocracratic. A theocracy implies military power. Iran is a theocracy and we would never want to be compared or considered equal to that form. It would negate what we do have in structure. There is no higher form of government than a Constitutional Republic. We need to uphold and rebuild those ancient ruins. Uniting both documents, each in proper position relative to the other. As I wrote. The Constitution is the Law and the Law of Nature and Nature's God is the substance and foundation and plumbline for the law and for justice. That holds all things together, both levels of authority are properly settled into place, as our Founders intended. Knitted together with Scripture as the thread or yarn.
  
  I believe that we need to shove the courts and Congress and agencies——back into what our founding ideals were, and the courts back under what Art. 3 actually states, and that will settle that problem.
  So I am in favor of only returning to the blessings and provisions that they very carefully, set up for us. We have ridden roughshod over all Holy principles of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, by lessening each one of these three blessings, as each is a gift from God. The courts have led the descent into hell, as well as agencies and Congress's laws that should not be laws. We the People are to be moral, Christian, patriotic, and pursue truth, justice, liberty, privacy, as well as mercy, with a 'decent respect for the opinions of mankind.'
  
  And when Justice must be meted out, it needs to be reasonably quickly. Everything is detached from reason and Justice as it is now. To a ridiculous point now. And a Congress that just keeps writing law after law, is just plain nuts. Something must give on that note also.

  We don't have to call it theocracy and still establish it on the down low. Wink wink. How else could we ensure that the Holy principles of Life are upheld? There surely must be a godly person or committee that makes this determination. And it has to be organized differently than we have done it so far in the history of the USA lest we end up exactly where we are today.
