I highly recommend that President Trump NOT use the Federal Military to support Law Enforcement or impose Martial Law. The National Guard is the best choice and much more palatable to the American People! Using Federal Troops for this purpose could backfire in major ways and would set a very bad precedent for the future. We have already witnessed the Demoncrats using the full weight of the US Government against US Citizens. We definitely did not like it when they did it and we should NOT be sucked into the same trap!
Crime is easy to solve if those in power want to solve it. Hire enough police and let them do their job! Arrest the criminals, charge them, put them into prison. They kill someone, execute them....same for rape especially in case of children. If those in power follow the laws, stop playing with numbers to fake statistics, stop letting criminals walk, and hire enough police we have no crime!Â

One should anticipate serious resistance to Martial Law or anything close... However, Pres. Trump needs to define his constitutional authority as the Nation's Constitutional Chief Law Enforcement Officer AND Commander in Chief of the US Military... to use 'Martial Law' as a tool for enforcing the laws of the US...when necessary.
The President, not the Petitfoggers or corrupt judiciary... is Constitutionally charged with TAKING CARE that the Laws of the US are enforced... as HE SEES FIT and LAWFUL.
The sitting government's recourse for stopping the President is IMPEACHMENT... If the pettifoggers on the Left and Globalists don't approve, or believe the President is operating illegally, their option is to IMPEACH or to remove the President in the next election cycle. Â
Until a President is impeached or removed by the Constitutional electoral process or Impeachment... His word when executing the law is the law. He can refuse or ignore judicial orders... The Courts lack the enforcement powers or the authority to remove a sitting President. Congress is the only body with the Constitutional power to remove a sitting President...Impeachment.Â
If there is resitistance it would not be that hard to break the resistance to military rule. President Trump needs to set a few prominent examples, arrest and remove public officials or anyone who refuse to cooperate for obstruction and insurrection, and deal with them accoerdingly and very harshly. That will break the resistance of anyone else who is not going to tote the federal government line to make America great again. There is no other way to preserve our American way of life, our liberties and freedom.
There's a fine line between doing it legally or coming across as a dictator! More than anything Trump must always watch carefully to do everything lawfully.
No one wants military rule in America! We don't want to act like thugs from a third world country.Â
That fine line is the exact reason why we the people voted for President Trump and support him no matter what. He and only he knows how to walk that fine line, how to defend the American way of life, adhere to the US Constitution, and protect our freedom and liberties.Â

The application of Military Power (Martial Law) must be limited, well planned, effective, and DISCIPLINED. Using US Troops In Chicago under Martial Law must go well, or the Nation will revolt.
The application of Martial Law must be eminently decisive... the transfer of government to the Military will require the removal of uncooperative local and state officials... not a DEBATE.
The People need to know who is in charge and what the rules and goals are, including any temporary suspensions of selective civil rights... rules for demonstrations, assemblies, curfews, etc There also needs to be a clear understanding of what must take place to restore any suspended civil rights.
Absolutely... Declare a national emergency in the affected Cities... then go in under military law. Target criminal conduct wherever it is found. Arrest and remove those public officials who refuse to cooperate... for obstruction and insurrection.
The local government in these crime-ridden cities is unable to govern... the city administrators, councils, law enforcement, and judicial systems are unable to defend the Public against violent crime. Thus making their governments feckless and ineffective... unable to govern.
If the Mayor and city councils resist martial law... arrest them, remove them from office, and try them in MILITARY TRIBUNALS under Martial Law... Hold those deposed incarcerated in GITMO pending trial.Â
I still believe this is what we need. A nation without a Father, needs a disciplinarian first and then a father, I think. A spanking of sorts. And a broader message also.
