I wrote this over 1 year ago, now it may happen tonight! Democrats have been salivating for several years on the possibility of the arrest and public humiliation of President Donald J. Trump. No doubt they will parade his shaved prison head and mug shot through the media and gloat over their vicious victory.
Shall America stand by and do nothing? Have we become a land of cowards?
Does America understand the kangaroo court which changed a possible misdemeanor to a felony will also call for the arrest of over 1,000 more Patriots for the January 6th demonstration within the next few weeks?
You got that right. Trump and thousands of Patriots could be subjected to:
- Prison head shaves
- Body cavity searches
- Mug shots
- Hand and feet cuffs
- Group holding cell with general prison population.
And if Trump and fellow Patriots are included in the general prison population, then hardcore rape and possibility of being murdered.
No doubt the socialist left will dance in glee upon the news of Trump’s arrest and possible incarceration and arrest and incarceration of thousands of fellow Patriots.
They will beat their chests and declare: No One Is Above The Law! All the while the Biden and Clinton Crime Families enjoy freedom and luxury!
But it doesn’t end there!
Next over thousands more arrests will be made of suspected co-conspirators for the J6 issue.
Some will be Tea Party people, MAGA’s and retired family members many being charged with false crimes and make-believe offenses. Some will die in prison or be beaten into a crippled physical state, only to get a ‘I’m Sorry’ after their personal holocaust.

But the bigger question is: What Will You Do When Trump Is Arrested?
The worst of all answers is: NOTHING, thereby making you a coward and a stain on freedom.

The Judge assigned to this case is a well-known anti-Trump biased Judge... look for no bail or House Arrest... with restrictions on leaving the State of NY... Pres. Trump may become a prisoner in 'TRUMP TOWER" while his court case drags on for months if not years.
Keeping Trump on bail or under house arrest may be the real purpose for his indictment... being out on bail or under house arrest will make it impossible for Pres. Trump to CAMPAIGN... using his signature TRUMP RALLIES. One who is out on bail or released under house arrest is not able to leave the state of NY, without state approval

No... it is likely to require an appeal... The prosecutors will claim he has a residence in Florida and that he will return to Florida and fight extradition. He then becomes a flight risk in the eyes of the prosecutor and local judge. The left wants Trump behind bars to create an even greater political crisis in America. We are dealing with Marxists ... wake up.
The Judge may release him on his own recognizance. Trump is too high of profile to held in the general population so he will (if at all) be in solitary confinement for his own protection.
Also, the Judge could set bail and of course Trump will pay it. Once, if, the trial begins the defense will file for a demurrer, which given the facts may be granted.
However, if the Judge is bias then the proceedings will continue.
IMHO - Trump will be released BUT his 'mugshot' is all the left wants. If they can get more, they will press for it.
Steve ... have you considered that this whole fiasco is designed to keep Trump from campaigning... individuals out on bail or held under House Arrest are not able to travel and Trump's signature rallies would be impossible... without jumping bail or the court's orders detailing house arrest.
How long will the prosecution drag out this trial? could it be delayed sufficiently to take it past the election?
The LEFT Wants Trump locked up in Trump Tower while the 2024 election cycle RUNS OUT... The left will drag the trial out... every motion made will be stalled and dragged out. The left wants Trump to be kept from holding nationwide RALLIES his strong suit in campaigning. Hence there is a strong possibility that Trump could be held under HOUSE ARREST... in lieu of bail... in the TRUMP TOWER until the trial is complete. Claims he is a NY flight risk with a residence in Florida are a strong possibility.
The Judge may well release him under HOUSE ARREST... tying up Trump's ability to campaign.... if this happens look for the prosecution to DRAG out the trial well into the election cycle ... keeping Trump locked up in Trump Tower. Wake up we are dealing with dishonest Marxists...
Time to use Selective STRIKES and denial of service protests,.. targeted and national in scope. Let the public stay at home on strike and those who can participate in denial of service sit-ins and protests, volunteer for local protests as necessary. Couple the strikes and protests with s carefully prepared campaign to demand RECALL and TERM LIMIT Amendments. Include a massive advertising campaign informing the public of why these amendments are necessary to reform our government.
Recall the sitting government (elected and appointed) subject to new elections and appointments... Establish TERM LIMITS by amendment: One term of 6yrs with 1/3rd of the government (elected or appointed) standing for election and appointment every 2yrs. Get rid of the professional political class. Replace them with citizen politicians who serve their terms and return home to live under the laws they pass.
Be prepared to remain on strike and protesting until those two amendments are passed and ratified into law.... do not relent. Everyone wanting reforms must cooperate... and dig deep to fund and support the reform campaign and those on strike and protesting... We must take care of our own and the leadership of any campaign for reform must plan on providing the needed support for those on the front lines... food, shelter, transport, legal aid, etc... must be provided or the campaign will not work.
The only thing about what you said is they are afraid of retalitation from them.
