Dock their pay for taking off more than Federal Holidays and 2 weeks of paid vacation... Allow no travel time OR FUNDS for weekend TRIPS HOME.
The other side of this discussion is that IF the Senate takes their August break then President Trump can just go ahead and appoint who he wants.
