Wrong Word White People Go To Jail

10944048059?profile=RESIZE_584x(PatriotHQ) If you as a white person say something in the order of: “I love Snow White” and your sentence triggers another white person to commit a crime you will go to jail!

Think I’m kidding? ….keep reading!

Democrats want a law which classifies "Replacement Theory" discourse as a hate crime.

What? Criminalize speech deemed to have "inspired" a racially motivated crime. "Predisposed to engage in any action in furtherance of white supremacy."

Yup, you read this right, but there’s more!

Replacement Theory Crime makes people guilty of conspiracy if it is "read, heard, or viewed by a person who engaged in the planning, development, preparation, or commission of a white supremacy-inspired hate crime," even if misinterpreted.

This begs the question of whether Hollywood is exempt from such a law? Alex Haley's 1976 novel, Roots: The Saga of an American Family, which follows an African man who is shipped to North America as a slave and his descendants made into a movie several years later could be considered in violation of the Replacement Theory crime!

The Democrats in Congress are attempting to pass a bill would include "replacement theory" in the definition of a hate crime.

Sponsored by Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), the bill would criminalize speech deemed to have "inspired" a racially motivated crime.

If prosecutors were able to successfully argue their political rhetoric was a motivating factor, the draconian law would effectively hold an individual accountable for the crime of another.

The Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023 includes a "conspiracy" charge for social media publication of "material advancing white supremacy, white supremacist ideology, antagonism based on 'replacement theory,' or hate speech vilifies or is otherwise directed against any non-white individual or group."

The creator of such content is guilty of conspiracy if it is "read, heard, or viewed by a person who engaged in the planning, development, preparation, or commission of a white supremacy-inspired hate crime," even if misinterpreted.

The creator is also liable if a person "predisposed to engage in any action in furtherance of white supremacy" discovers the content.

Critics pointed out “vilifying" someone can include harshly critical language is neither racist nor false, whereas passing a new "hate speech" law targets only white people is itself racist.

Given Democrats routinely discuss replacement theory, the idea whites in the United States are being intentionally replaced by non-white immigrants, in a positive light, the "replacement theory" language is incredibly ironic.

However, when conservatives discuss the same topic exclusively from a negative perspective, "replacement theory" becomes a dangerous conspiracy theory.

In fact, President Joe Biden urged Americans to reject the same demographic "replacement theory" he once cited as "a source of our strength" a year ago.

Biden stated, during a White House summit in early 2015, Americans should be "proud" of America being "inundated" by an "unrelenting" "wave" of immigrants.

Biden stated, "It will continue." "Neither should we wish for it to end. In fact, I believe this is one of the things we can be most proud of."

"A continuous flow of immigration. Constantly, constantly. Caucasians of European descent like millions will become an absolute minority in the United States of America for the first time in 2017. Absolute minority continued Biden. Fewer than fifty percent of future Americans will be of white European descent.  is not a negative fact. This is our source of strength."

During a December 2020 Zoom call with black civil rights leaders, Biden also promoted replacement theory.

"This country is doomed if we cannot make significant progress on racial equity," Biden said. It is hopeless.

"Not only because of African-Americans, but also because by 2040 white Europeans will be a minority in this country," Biden continued. "Can you hear me?" Minority European white and you'll have to start working with Hispanics, who make up a larger percentage of the population than you do."

Even though Jackson's bill has virtually no chance of passing and represents a clear violation of the First Amendment, the mere fact it has been introduced demonstrates Democrats seek to eliminate all forms of free expression.

In conclusion: The speech Gestapo will soon be listening very carefully to all statements, sentences and dialogues to detect if those words could trigger another person to commit a hate crime. But don’t worry this law only applies to White people, everyone else can use the race card as their defense.
