Your Privacy Has Been Revoked

060913_Listening_In.jpg?profile=RESIZE_400xOnce again Alex Jones was right! The government is spying on you, your family, your neighborhood, and all of America, but you say; ”I have nothing to hide!” is exactly what they want you to say!

It’s not about hiding it’s about privacy and protecting yourself and family from an investigative disaster!

Joesph Stalin’s motto was: “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” In other words if the government wants to spin a crime involving a conservative America then a crime shall be spun even if the conservative citizen is found ‘not guilt’ they will forced into bankrupt and destroyed simply ‘having nothing to hide’!

Think this is a joke? In a stunning exposé, the truth has been exposed - a covert operation called Data Analytical Services (DAS) is engaging in widespread surveillance of American citizens, igniting a firestorm of apprehension regarding the erosion of privacy and the infringement upon our cherished civil liberties.

AT&T users find themselves trapped in a nightmarish dystopia, as the telecom behemoth shamelessly joins forces with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to execute the invasive DAS program.

The DAS, known for its controversial tactics, employs a strategy known as chain analysis, which involves scrutinizing not just individuals directly linked to a suspect, but also anyone even remotely connected to them. This approach raises concerns about the potential infringement on privacy rights and the broad scope of surveillance. This egregious violation of privacy rights allows authorities to indiscriminately scrutinize the phone records and video records of law-abiding citizens, trampling upon their civil liberties, but where is the push-back?

The DAS program, a clear infringement on constitutional rights, shamelessly operates without any judicial oversight. This blatant disregard for the Fourth Amendment, which explicitly protects against unreasonable searches and seizures, is a direct assault on our civil liberties.

It flagrantly defies the USA Freedom Act of 2015, a crucial piece of legislation aimed at rectifying the egregious overreach of the National Security Agency (NSA) in its indiscriminate collection of phone records. The act, which initially required the NSA to obtain court orders for requesting records on an individual basis, has been undermined by the implementation of DAS. This controversial program enables AT&T to gather and retain records for the purpose of assisting law enforcement.

The alarming extent of the program's reach is deeply concerning. For more than a decade, this operation has been allegedly running, with untold millions in funding pouring in from the White House. AT&T, when confronted with the pressing issue, shamelessly resorted to a feeble excuse, claiming to only adhere to lawful subpoenas, conveniently sidestepping any direct questions regarding DAS.

The White House's Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) generously allocates funding for the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program, which aims to combat the rampant drug trafficking plaguing our nation's communities.

This funding is specifically designated under the High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) initiative, demonstrating the administration's commitment to eradicating the drug epidemic that threatens the fabric of our society.

However, the rollercoaster continued as it was once again halted in 2021, only to be resumed by President Biden in the same year. In a stunning display of secrecy and evasion, the White House continues to withhold crucial information from the American people.

Despite mounting pressure and a pressing inquiry, the administration remains tight-lipped, leaving the public in the dark. This blatant disregard for transparency raises serious concerns about the integrity and accountability of those in power.

Liberal Senator Ron Wyden, known for his incessant criticism of necessary surveillance measures, is once again attempting to undermine the security of our nation. In a brazen move, Wyden has called on U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to investigate the Department of Advanced Surveillance (DAS), a crucial agency tasked with protecting Americans from potential threats.

Wyden, conveniently citing undisclosed information, alleges  there are deeply concerning issues within DAS  he believes would incite public outrage. This is yet another example of Wyden's reckless disregard for the safety and well-being of our citizens, as well as his blatant disregard for the rule of law.

The controversial DAS program has slyly escaped thorough examination, boldly claiming  the phone records are the property of AT&T, not the government, and  the program is shielded by trade secrets and law enforcement privileges.

Encryption tools such as Signal, WhatsApp, or Telegram claim to protect the content of calls, it is important to note  they conveniently overlook the fact  these tools fail to shield the crucial aspect of metadata.

Final Word: It has become abundantly clear the DAS program is nothing short of a colossal and covert assault on the privacy and civil liberties of countless Americans. Operating without any judicial oversight, this system flagrantly defies the very legal reforms that were put in place to ensure justice and fairness. Its complete lack of transparency only further exacerbates the concerns surrounding its operations.

Who will standup for our rights? Maybe a champion will emerge…..I’m not hold my breath!

  • I dunno Steve. The Gallows scaffold for sedition is starting to look pretty good now....

    • When was the last time you saw the government give any power back?

    • Certainly not by, "pretty please".

Only by insistance, and even then....

  • People living in neighborhoods where Muslims live have nothing to worry about, the government is ignoring them as if they were the most trustworthy Americans ever born!

    • Why is that ilona?

    • It makes no sense to me Steve! Since 9/11 when Bush said Islam is the religion of peace, they have been untouchables, they began teaching the five pillars of Islam in our schools, and the Muslims across the street from us got very bold. It died down some when Trump was in office, now they are taking over the entire city......we moved! I overheard a phone conversation between the neighbor and someone, it came through his radio in the car where he gave a list of Muslim sounding names and said they must be brought to the USA before Trump gets into office or he'll prevent them from coming in. They have 16 school type of lockers in their garage with locks, they have different people coming and going, staying for a time then they are gone...but many new faces. They have meetings when ten or more cars show up at the same time, then leave at the same time, always young men!  When they get tickets for parking their cars over the sidewalk, those cars disappear forever! I know they are trouble, I always could feel there's something not right about them, perhaps soon we will find out what I've been picking up for years.......this is a case if I heard they did something horrible, I would not be surprised at all
