While I admit that I detest Nancy Pelosi with all my heart, this attack if real is wrong. But given the timing for the mid-term elections, I have to wonder if this was not orchestrated to give sympathy to Nancy and her family. Very hard to believe that the Speaker of the House (3rd in line) would not have more than adequate security that should have prevented this. Just to coincidental at this close to mid-terms.
