my computer is failing me. the responces to your commentary on my blog re: the original discusion, "what is the constitution" fly out the computer. i also cannot correct typos.
since i was the only person to whom you estented a commemt, i hopefully assume you expected a responce. i have read the documents you mentioned. but have not reread the federalist papers for many years. i was attempting to make a sutble point overlooked and ignored by constitutional authorities. the issue predates the constitution.
