There are 232 republicans elected to the House of representatives and 46 to the Senate

there are 200 democrats elected to the house of representatives and 54 to the senate

That means the total citizens have given the republicans 27 more members of congress than democrats, Yet one non member of the duly elected congress dictates to the congress that if you don't play to my rules,  I won't let you have the ball, typical sandlot style.  The president seem that the house of representatives is the house of the PEOPLE/all the people, while the Senate is supposed to represent the individual states. where should the priority lie, with the people or the states.  I believe that the founding fathers assumed, that the people would be given priority inasmuch as the house of the people was given the SOLE authority to provide the funds for the operation of the federal government, yet one person has seen fit to take the page from the way Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin's playbook in how to govern.

WHY DO I GET THE FEELING THAT THE COUNTRY I LOVE IS BEING DESTROYED?

A web site has been ceated b senators Camp and Bauckus soliciting opinions and suggestions fro the general public and concerned taxpayers in regards to tax reform  tax reform.gov.  I have sent my suggestions on Social security which I have written blogs about over the past years and also my concerns about the cirportion foiiegn tax credit  whgiuch allows GE to aviod paying any US income taxes. 

I have also expressed my concerns aout the anoncment by General Motors that they will be using taxpayer provided stimulus funds to build manufacturing plants in China to produce Cadillacs.

G E uses creative accounting procedures in conjunction with the tax giveway which the foreign tax credit to avoid US incoe taxes an now it appears asG M is going to do the same thing

Effective in January 2014 The form 1099R will no longer be mailed to annuitants. The 1099R'or calander years 2013 and beyond will only be available on the web and be viewed and printed electronicdally. To do this you mwill ne to log on to services onine which requires a password. if you need a new password go to www.ServicesOnline.OPM,gov to register your password.

This is a disregard to former government workers who do not have computer access and/or are not computer literate.  IT WILL NOT BE POSSABLE TO FILE TAX RETURNS WITHOUT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE 1099R.

Depending on how this new password system works, these federal retirees may find it difficult or impossable to obtain assistance in obtaining their 1099R information at outside computer services becaue of the confidentiality laws governing comercial internet service centers regarding confidential personal information.

If the federal feels it necessary to esablish federally controlled computer centers to asist their retirees get the necesary 1099R information  line, it wou ean at least ne service in every city, town or hamlet in the U S and at certain foriegn cities where those retirees reside. this aditional cost of taxpayers would be astronmical bu it would create tens of thouswands of new government jobs at all taxpayer epense and woud be an enormous expansion of a socialistic style government.

It could also be a precurser of an een worse problem.  The only aqvailable of social Security 1099s which could very well occur unless there is a massive backlash by te CITIZENS of our country. The illegals, incarcerated criminals who the socialistic domocrats want to provide votingp riveliges to could concievably outnumber the the legal voters if this nonsense iallowed to continue. 

Despite the axpression of interest from several prominate members of congress over the past 5 years and the fact that the parents of those interested members of congress whose parents and elderly family members are among the millions of senior citizens being taxed on their SS benifits.

The back door recovery of benifits that have been paid continues, worse than ever and growing with a higher prcentage of seniors annual tax liabilty.  I have calculated the  percentage of tax liabiliy created by the taxing of SS benifits this year to be as much as 70% of the taxability for the 2012 tax year.  This is a golden goose situation whereby the government counters ther obligation with the back door recovery of Social Security payments using the senior citizens as an unaware scource to recover those payments.

Our benelovent government has for years been using funds from the Social Security trust fund which is supposed o be sacrosanct and forever seperate from being used for general governmental purposes, and justifying that use by issuing interest bearing bonds to the fund to replace those funds.  Those bonds became included in the national debt which all citizens are ulimatly responsable for, what a scheme that has been and still is making the seniors of this great land responsable to o repay those benifits which a benolavant government provided them with and now doubling down on requiring our seniorsw who have worked all their lives to finance the fund from theirifetime earnings as is requireed by our benelovant government and thereby creating a scam of such magntude that exceeds all of the scams in the history of the world.  What kind of unconsiable people have we the people been putting in charge of our affairs all these years?

In the 45+years I have ben a practicing income tax poffessional I have never seen such a confusing mess ths year has been, evidenty the administration thinks that the IRS can just snap its fingers or twinkle their nose and all his changes to the tax code will automatically be instituted into the system, there are still certain forms which the IRS is not accepting yet because they have not completed the complex effort of including he necessary changes into the system, the tax code is a complex assortments of issues many of which are related to other tax issues, the reprting system is  very complex ad has many individual filing requirements involved in it.  The I R S requires up to 60 day to get every thing included for the tax reporting system to become complete.

Millions of tax payers are being subject to  delay after delay in having their tax filings completly processed.

Some state still are not able to recieve certain ectronically filed returns because they do not have the necessary modifications to their systems completed and yet this charismatic president is still able to con the general public into believing that the mess is of someone elses doing.

The telephone calls that we tax proffessionals are receiving daily from frusted an angry taxpayers believe that it is our fault for the problems they are having in getting their refund while we are so often hancuffed in at we  are able to do to serve our clients. some tax  professionals are long time and loyal democrats and they are getting frosted by the general public also. I find it extremely diffcult to undestand how the general populace continues to have faith in this president, it is as though Oboma has hypnotized millions of inteligent citizens.

Ther tragic murder of 20 babies before christmas and their torturous grief, that I know all to well, of the parents of those babies has me reliving that tragic day in late november when my 4 year first son was called to join our saviour, Jesus, I know there are many many others that are reliving the loss of their babies around the most holy day in the christian year.  I also recall the loving condolances from family, friends and strangers when they heard about my loss. Tragedy,s of this type seem to rekindle love in the hearts and minds hundreds, thousands, millions of people as they share our grief and that outpouring of heartfull love is a reminder that the day of birth of Jesus, the holy prophet of love is approaching.  The grief that I have endured those many years ago has made me more grateful of my God, that he thought enough of all his children to send his only son, a mortal to teach us the value of love.  Upon reflection of my life and the manner I have lived it, striving every day to be that which God created me to be even though I was not always aware of doing so and unaware of the incentive that was driving me toward that goal until recently.  It could be that I had an unknown wish that there would come a day that my Jimmy would go to God and point to me on earth and poroudly proclaim to God "thats my dad".

So I find good reason to glorify the birth of our Lord with prayers of thanks, within my grieving, for the blessings which have come to all by the birth of Chirst, in a manger on a day when a bright star in the heavans guided three wise men to that manger.  So rejoice in the birth of Jesus and have a very merry and thankful christmas.

We are a group who thnk for ourselves, seek truthfull information to make our decisions.  I have notted certain things about many oteaq party members in that some of them treat the opinion of those who do not agree totally with with our own opinions with riducule, insults and disrespect.  I have seen some very sincere people leave this orginization because of that disreswpe3ct.  If we are to learn about the various aspects of the issues that we encounter, we must show each other the respect that each of us wantsw to be extended to ourselves.  (Do unto to others as you would have them do to you) We must  learn to learn from each others reasoning, we must learn to considert each others opinions in order to perfect or own.  I have observed a lot of dissension in this group, primarily because of someone believing that somebody elses is stupid and not worth considering. Are we going to allow the ta party movement to becom as disfunctional as the congress or are we going to seek out those who want to follow blindly and educate them withg understanding, compassion   and respectful reasoning so that they may begin to think for themself and not become part of a group who blindly votes in an important election.
