Saira Blair has chosen to follow her father's lead, Senator Craig Blair. Senator Blair and Delegate John Overington, have succeeded in demolishing our 4th Amendment rights. They have decided, voted for and passed legislation here in WV which allows the Police to demand you submit to a blood test if they suspect that you might be driving drugged. NO Warrant is necessary for these RINOs. Senator Blair said that the DMV approves of and supports this bill. What about our Constitution and the Bill of Rights? This is not the representation WV needs. Larry Kump, the man she unseated, is honest, honorable, and fights for our Constitution - the law of our land. Saira is still in high school - no real life experience as an adult. This is a sad day for our Constitution and our state.
