ACTION

Bush could not  call in the Guards  during the hurricane(katrina) .  Only the governor could and the Main stream media used this against him because they new Americans did not know the law on  it.  They kept blaming Bush for not calling in the military  soon enough. "The Bible says my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge".
