( To Late )
Many years we tried to tell them,
But most of them refused to see.
We gave them truth, they would not listen.
Showed them facts , they don't believe.
We cried out loud ,They called us crazy
But we told them time would tell
Protested in the streets to show them,
and they put us into jail
We stood upon the Constitution,
and the words that's written there.
They said our proof was old and boring,
and they really did not care
So we turned within our sorrow ,
knowing that the time had come
We fought the war and lost the battle.
It was to late we had not won
On the dawn a new horizon,
of a world that's social led .
run by those who are in power.
Whom we serve and freedoms fled
