FBI Official: FBI Agents Threatened Physical Harm to President Trump In Missing FBI Texts & Other “Frightening” Communications
“This is much larger than just texts between two FBI agents.”
A high-ranking FBI official confirms a number of the missing 50,000 FBI text messages — as well as other text and email messages among FBI brass — reportedly discussed initiating physical harm to President Donald Trump.
The FBI official urged the U.S. Department of Homeland Security — which oversees the U.S. Secret Service — to launch an investigation of the Justice Department, the FBI and all text messages missing and otherwise that threatened the President.
“This is dangerous territory and all FBI text messages and personal phones should be examined,” the official said. “It would reveal some frightening conversations.”
Did FBI brass discuss the assassination of President Donald Trump? If not, what was the nature of the threats against the president from inside the alleged premiere law enforcement agency in the United States?
“(Director) Wray wants a lid on this,” the FBI official said. “Many know there was talk of harming Trump politically but there is a group here (in D.C. HQ) that understands it goes deeper. We need a special counsel or Homeland Security. Somebody has to clean this up outside of DOJ. It is unacceptable.
“This is much larger than just texts between two FBI agents.”
The FBI official called on President Trump to do what is necessary to weed out corruption in the FBI.
“Text messages just don’t disappear,” the FBI official said. “Not here. Someone outside DOJ has to look at all emails and texts. These (FBI bosses) are bad people. You’ve only scratched the surface.”
The high-ranking FBI official called on lawmakers and the Inspector General to focus on the text and email messages of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. The official referred to McCabe’s official and personal correspondences “an anti-Trump treasure trove.”
As reported in March 2017 by True Pundit, McCabe openly threatened President Trump and then-National Security Adviser Gen. Mike Flynn, saying first we “Fuck Flynn and then we Fuck Trump” to several high-ranking FBI bosses who cheered his comment.

McCabe, the second highest ranking FBI official, emphatically declared at the invite-only gathering with raised voice: “Fuck Flynn and then we Fuck Trump,” according to direct sources. Many of his top lieutenants applauded and cheered such rhetoric. A scattered few did not.
This was one of several such meetings held in seclusion among key FBI leaders since Trump was elected president, FBI sources confirm. At the congregation where McCabe went off the political rails and vowed to destroy Flynn and Trump, there were as many as 16 top FBI officials, inside intelligence sources said. No lower-level agents or support personnel were present.

As reported yesterday in True Pundit, members of the FBI and Justice Department’s top brass at their Washington D.C.headquarters and other field offices are now using burner phones to stay under the radar of federal investigators and lawmakers, according to FBI insiders.
The shocking revelations come on the heels of news that the FBI deleted thousands of text messages between anti-Trump FBI agents before investigators could review their content.
While that is disturbing on one level, FBI and DOJ hierarchy employing the telecom habits of drug cartel bosses reaches a new low for the once-heralded federal law enforcement agency and the DOJ. And breaks federal laws as well.
The FBI “failed to preserve” five months worth of text messages exchanged between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the two FBI employees who made pro-Clinton and anti-Trump comments while working on the Clinton email and the Russia collusion investigations.
And now more text messages are missing from more FBI agents, according to the Justice Department.
That means 50,000 text messages.

Per The Hill yesterday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Monday announced the Justice Department will investigate missing text messages sent between two FBI agents critical of President Trump, joining the chorus of Republican lawmakers who are eager to recover the exchange.
GOP officials have seized on the messages as evidence of FBI bias against Trump in the probes into Russian election meddling and Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server as secretary of State.
“We will leave no stone unturned to confirm with certainty why these text messages are not now available to be produced and will use every technology available to determine whether the missing messages are recoverable from another source,” Sessions said in a statement.

Sen. Chuck Schumer took to MSNBC and told hostess Rachel Maddow that the tea party, the precursor to President Donald Trump, has always been anti-immigration.
This, of course, is a blatant lie. And it does nothing to advance the supposed diplomatic approach Republicans and Democrats are committed to achieving on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, for the good of the country, no less.
But it does clear up why Schumer would pull back on a reported $25 billion deal with Trump to reopen government in exchange for long-promised wall funding: He never intended to deal in the first place.
He only said as much to save face from his blink on DACA and his white flag toss to Republicans that led to the reopening of government on Friday.
With Schumer, telling tall tales seems to be one and the same as proper politicking.

This is more digestible by those who have a comprehensive understanding of the 2016 back-story behind the DOJ and FBI surveillance program of Candidate Donald Trump, then President Trump, and the FISA-701(16)(17) issues therein.
On this subject, as with a few in the past, CTH has presented intricacies beyond the current story.
Oddly, when this happens, and specifically because of our prior crowd-sourcing track record, we pick up ‘nodes’, operational insiders who are curious about how we construct and predict seemingly invisible action.
That said, this entire Justice Department surveillance operation did not start with candidate Donald Trump. It has been going on, albeit with slightly different methods, for many years. The past 20 +/- years have seen an exponential growth of the electronic use of U.S. Justice Department political surveillance.
Hundreds of federal and state officials are monitored, and the reason therein is not as riddled with complexity as we might think. The motives are not deep, they’re shallow. Ultimately, it is all about money. If an entity can know, in advance, what actions are going to be taken by State and Federal officials, an entity can make massive amounts of money. Think about government contract bids submitted electronically as one example.
There are billions of billions to be made with the right information. As such, there are millions of millions to be spent on obtaining that information. Everything is up for sale.
Hardware and infrastructure is not installed by government; it is installed by contractors who work for government. Hardware is not manufactured by government, it is manufactured by contractors. Which is more valuable: the door key into your home or the pass-code for the security system?
The metadata collection Ed Snowden discussed was the tip of the iceberg. Snowden was inside the system, he discussed how information was gathered. Snowden never discussed who actually controls the weaponization of the information from the outside. Who pays?
Who pays for access to systems? Who pays the DOJ and FBI officials for access? Who pays for the information. Ultimately, who controls that information. It is all connected.
A reasonable guess would be eight-out-of-ten federal politicians are paid by entities outside government for access to existing systems and hardware. Just because the system is intelligence, and might have national security ramifications, doesn’t change the process.
Just like lobbyists paying politicians to write legislation beneficial to those paying for services, so too are foreign and domestic entities paying for access to federal and state information. This has been happening so frequently the actual scale of the problem is larger than any capacity of the system to self-correct internally.
Almost every entity within the current political system is dependent on retention of a pay-for-information network that has been built-out over the past 15+/- years. The scope of the growth in selling political information began escalating with liar-Bill Clinton, by the first-year of President liar-nObama’s second-term the growth was exponential.
Look at the number of people occupying K-Street offices in Washington DC.
Consider the sheer growth volume of lobbying expenditures:

♦ Selling Information – There are massive metadata files on all key public officials. The higher the official is in the influence chain, the move valuable their data-file. Within their file EVERYTHING about them is available for purchase. What they do, what they purchase, who they call, where they are, who they lunch with, who paid, what they ate, where they travel, what they are working on, etc. everything is available.
If an entity has a financial stake based on engagement with one or more of those officials, it is entirely possible to purchase the file whole or in part. This is the type of data, the type of business model, that Glenn Simpson, Bean LLC, aka ‘Fusion-GPS’ engage with.
Every keystroke the targeted official enters, in business or profession, is available for purchase; so too is the same information available on every one of their colleagues and family members; and that purchase can extend to their friends and their friends families.
The Awan Brothers were simply brokers for this type of information.
It is a massive business. The annual federal budget is $4,000,000,000,000.00 +/-
Four trillion is four thousand billions.
It is specifically because of the financial opportunity within this business model the United States Justice Department has been corrupted. Institutionally corrupted, top-to-bottom.
It is almost beyond the scope of us to understand is how incredibly difficult this is to fix.
What Chairman Devin Nunes, Chairman Bob Goodlatte, Chairman Chuck Grassley and Inspector General Michael Horowitz are trying to do is no less than an institutional purge to the entire U.S. Justice Department, while simultaneously keeping it running.
Beyond what those reformers are attempting we have the U.S. State Department – same problem, same scale, same issues. Secretary Rex Tillerson is only beginning to scrape the surface of the problem.
Imagine how much more challenging it would be if the corrupt institution currently being confronted by Nunes, Goodlatte, Grassley and Horowitz was spread over the entire planet?

Contrast this to the other side, which claims to be the party of science, all while they insist an unborn baby isn’t alive or that a man can be a woman, and which screams “love wins” as they cajole, sue, threaten and sometimes physically assault those with whom they disagree.
Also this weekend, the Women’s March took to the nation’s capital (and other cities around the nation) to protest … well, peace and prosperity, apparently. Clearest of all is that they hate Donald Trump in particular, but basically all men are horrible and should be hated. While some feminists recently decided that the pink hats named with the vulgar term for a woman’s anatomy were racist and transphobic, many women insensitively sported them anyway. No, the leftist women protesting conservative policies didn’t turn violent, but they sure were crass and hateful. Many of the signs they displayed were vulgar, and their message continues to be either deceitful or despicable. The contrast couldn’t be more stark.
But on a lighter note, Karen Townsend quips, “Women across the country staged marches to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the presidential inauguration of Donald J. Trump. The economy is booming, consumer confidence has rocketed out of the national malaise of the liar-nObama years and is at a 17 year high. Unemployment numbers of women and African Americans are at a historic low, and the unemployment rate of the general workforce is likely to drop to its lowest since 1969 by 2019. Sounds like the past year deserves a celebration.”

Attorney General Jeff Sessions was questioned by special counsel Robert Mueller last week... as part of his investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election. Sessions was accompanied by longtime Washington lawyer Chuck Cooper to the interview, which reportedly lasted several hours. Department of Justice spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores confirmed the interview occurred in response to questions from the New York Times. Then argue for your position. Go out there and win an election. Push to change it. But don’t break it. Don’t break what our predecessors spent over two centuries building. Genevieve Wood of The Heritage Foundation hit the nail on the head, noting that the government shutdown was Democrats’ political objective. She writes, “The reality is [Democrats] don’t really want a deal on immigration. They talk about addressing the needs of the DACA population, but they have no time to address the other side of the immigration issue, border security and enforcement.” Wood continues, “Here’s the deal. Democrats are fearful that President Trump and Republicans could go into the midterm elections with both victories on tax cuts and immigration reform. So at the end of the day, that’s what all of this is about. It’s an election year, and that means politics, not people, are their priority.”

{rickwells.us} ~ CNN’s Ana Cabrera sounds almost apologetic as she asks scum-Shifty the Bobble-Head, Rep scum-Adam Schiff (D-CA) about the movement of the Russia, Russia, Russia to the other foot and the Devin Nunes memo exposing their corruption.
She sheepishly says, “Let me ask you about the Russia investigation. I can’t have you here and not, especially given how much we talked about it in the first year of the Presidency.”
Cabrera continues, “And now if you turn on any conservative media, they keep talking about this Nunes memo, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, that he’s put out there and many Republicans have taken a look at it and they want it made public. Can you tell us about this memo? What exactly is it?”
He can tell you, Ana, but like anything else on CNN’s airwaves, it’s not going to be anything remotely resembling the truth. scum-Schiff dismisses the memo and the information contained within it. He says, “It is essentially a set of talking points that the Republican Intel staff drafted, based on the highly classified materials which most of the Republican members were forced to acknowledge they’ve not even read, so they don’t know how distorted these talking points are.”
Really, scum-Schiff? Was a poll taken among the Republican representatives as to whether or not they had seen any of this intelligence and if so by whom? Was there someone forcing them to make an admission after the question was asked? The Intelligence Committee always has access to more information than other House members, so what? The only distortion is what’s coming out of your lying mouth in your pathetic efforts to protect your criminal comrades.
scum-Schiff then goes on to claim that Russian bots and Republicans have “teamed up again,” just like during the election, in order to push this story out. These are American fingers typing this story, scum-Bobble-Head, and I wouldn’t know how to find a Russian bot or even where to look. But I can spot a lying Democrat subversive in an instant.
Cabrera asks the obvious question that Democrats have no easy response to, “Why not allow the American people to look at it and let Americans make the decision for themselves about whether it’s useful information or not?”
We Americans are just too ignorant, the elitist scum-Schiff replies, saying, “The American people, unfortunately, don’t have the underlying materials and therefore they can’t see how distorted and misleading this document is.” Of course those underlying materials are classified so we’ll never have access to them and through scum-Shifty’s logic, never see the crimes committed by the liar-nObama regime against us.
scum-Schiff is saying that it’s his view that we should never know what liar-nObama and his criminal minion Democrats were doing. He offers the ignorant statement that Republicans are not saying that the underlying materials should be made public, a difficult process due to their classifications. It’s a stupid thing to say that exposes his basic belief that we’re all a bunch of idiots and won’t see the complete absence of logic or transparency in his arguments.
He claims we just want to see the spin, which he derides as an attack on the FBI and “Saint Mueller.” We get enough spin, scum-Bobble-Head, just from trying to focus on your bugged out eyes while you’re spewing your crap. What we want, for a change, is the truth, and that is what is likely contained in this memo. Otherwise Democrats wouldn’t be so opposed to its release.
For once an anchor on CNN said something that made sense. Cabrera is right; we can decide for ourselves and we insist that we be given that opportunity. We don’t need leftist trash like scum-Schiff to filter our information or translate English into leftist double speak for our consumption.

Its reason: Despite the fact that the agency has been under court order to preserve records related to the program since 2007, much of the requested data can no longer be located. A US-Turkish Clash in Syria?
{townhall.com} ~ The war for dominance in the Middle East, following the crushing of ISIS, appears about to commence in Syria -- with NATO allies America and Turkey on opposing sides.
Turkey is moving armor and troops south to Syria's border enclave of Afrin, occupied by Kurds, to drive them out, and then drive the Syrian Kurds out of Manbij further south as well.
Says President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, "We will destroy all terror nests, one by one, in Syria, starting from Afrin and Manbij."
For Erdogan, the Kurdish YPG, the major U.S. ally in Syria, is an arm of the Kurdish PKK in Turkey, which we and the Turks have designated as a terrorist organization.
While the Kurds were our most effective allies against ISIS in Syria, Turkey views them as a mortal peril and intends to deal with that threat.
If Erdogan is serious, a clash with the U.S. is coming, as our Kurdish allies occupy most of Syria's border with Turkey.
Moreover, the U.S. has announced plans to create a 30,000-man Border Security Force of Kurds and Arabs to keep ISIS out of Syria.
Erdogan has branded this BSF a "terror army," and President Bashar Assad of Syria has called BSF members "traitors."
This U.S. plan to create a BSF inside Syria, Damascus declared, "represents a blatant attack on the sovereignty and territorial integrity and unity of Syria, and a flagrant violation of international law."
Does not the Syrian government have a point?
Now that ISIS has been driven out of Raqqa and Syria, by what authority do U.S. forces remain to arm troops to keep the Damascus government from reimposing its authority on its own territory?
Secretary of State Tillerson gave Syria the news Wednesday.
The U.S. troop commitment to Syria, he said, is now open-ended.
Our goals: Guarantee al-Qaida and ISIS do not return and set up sanctuary; cope with rising Iranian influence in Damascus; and pursue the removal of Bashar Assad's ruthless regime.
But who authorized this strategic commitment, of indefinite duration, in Syria, when near two decades in Afghanistan have failed to secure that nation against the return of al-Qaida and ISIS?
Again and again, the American people have said they do not want to be dragged into Syria's civil war. Donald Trump won the presidency on a promise of no more unnecessary wars.
Have the American people been had again?
Will they support a clash with NATO ally Turkey, to keep armed Kurds on Turkey's border, when the Turks regard them as terrorists?
Are we prepared for a shooting war with a Syrian army, backed by Russia, Iran, Hezbollah and Shiite militias from Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, to hold onto a fourth of Syria's territory in alliance with Kurds?
The U.S. coalition in Syria said this week the BSF will be built up "over the next several years" and "be stationed along the borders ... to include portions of the Euphrates river valley and international borders to the east and north."
Remarkable: A U.S.-created border army is going to occupy and control long stretches of Syria's borders with Turkey and Iraq, over Syria's objections. And the U.S. military will stand behind the BSF.
Are the 2,000 U.S. troops in Syria really up to that task, should the Turks decide to cleanse the Syrian border of Kurds, or should the Syrian regime decide to take back territory occupied by the Kurds?
Who sanctioned this commitment to a new army, which, if Syria and its Russian and Iranian allies, and the Turks, do not all back down, risks a major U.S. war with no allies but the Kurds?
As for Syria's Kurds casting their lot with the Americans, one wonders: Did they not observe what happened when their Iraqi cousins, after helping us drive ISIS out of Mosul, were themselves driven out of Kirkuk by the Iraqi army, as their U.S. allies watched?
In the six-year Syrian civil war, which may be about to enter a new phase, America faces a familiar situation.

The Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has welcomed the resignation of two McKinney ISD middle school teachers who posted anti-Islam and hateful tweets on their social media.
CAIR Last week, CAIR-DFW called on the McKinney ISD to probe into the impact two Cockrill Hill Middle School teachers had on students after parents of students from McKinney ISD contacted CAIR-DFW regarding their concerning social media posts.
In those posts, teachers Justin Barton and Mark Russell referred to Islam as a “satanic death cult,” an “evil ideology,” and “a political ideology…[that] cannot assimilate. It must dominate.” Highly offensive anti-Muslim propaganda was retweeted numerous times. The teachers also attacked the LGBTQ community and equated being transgender with having a mental illness, perversity, and delusion. (Of course, CAIR, being Muslim, agrees with the all the anti-LGBTQ comments that were made)
In a letter to McKinney ISD’s superintendent, CAIR-DFW called for an investigation into the teachers’ impact on students, disciplinary action, protection from retaliation for McKinney ISD students, and diversity training for staff. “We welcome the resignation of these two teachers, but we will continue to raise concerns about allegations of anti-Muslim discrimination and lack of inclusivity (for Muslim practices) at McKinney ISD,” said CAIR-DFW’s Legal Director Nikiya Natale.

Canada: Trial starts for Muslim refugee who sexually assaulted 6 underage girls at waterpark
The West Edmonton Mall sex assault trial starts today, and I’m in the courtroom bringing you the details you won’t hear in the mainstream media.
Soleiman Hajj Soleiman was one of Justin Trudeau’s first wave of 50,000 Syrian refugees.
He’s a father of six, currently facing trial for 12 charges— six counts of sexual assault and another six counts of sexual interference against six minor girls all under the age of 16.
The charges stem from a series of gropings that occurred at West Edmonton Mall World Waterpark February 4th 2017.
There’s a publication ban covering the six minor victims but watch as I share what I can tell you so far from day one of this five-day trial.

Paedo Hunters Nab Pakistani Migrant Who ‘Didn’t Understand’ It Was Illegal to Have Sex with Minors

A Pakistani migrant told a court he “didn’t understand” that it was illegal to have sex with a child after being caught in a sting operation by paedophile hunters.
Adil Sultan, 39, thought he was meeting a 14-year-old girl named Laura for sex when he travelled to Sunderland, England, from his home in Middlesborough in August 2017.
But upon his arrival in Sunderland, rather than meeting the child he had contacted on the website Skout, he was confronted by members of the paedophile hunting group Guardians of the North.
The group states on its Twitter profile that it is “dedicated to keeping our children safe from online grooming and paedophiles” and sets up fake accounts on social media to expose adults looking for sex with children.
Video obtained by the Sunderland Echo shows the migrant being apprehended by the Guardians of the North who then made a “citizen’s arrest”, under Section 24A of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, detaining Sultan until the police arrived.
Newcastle Crown Court later heard that the Pakistani national believed “it was okay” to have sex with a 14-year-old child, the Echo reports.
Sultan’s defence, Mohammed Rafiq, said his client “didn’t understand [that it was illegal]. Obviously, each country is different.”
When Judge Penny Moreland asked Mr. Rafiq to clarify that it was the fact that it was not okay to have sex with 14-year-olds that his client did not understand, the defence lawyer replied: “He did not understand that.”
Sentencing Sultan to 17 months’ imprisonment and to 10 years on the sex offender register, Judge Moreland told him: “You used a false name. You said you were 25 when in fact you are 39.

The migrant “apologised to the court for his actions”, claiming that he had not visited Skout to intentionally look for children to have sex with.His lawyer states that his client intends to apply for asylum in the UK because it is “unsafe” for the convicted sex offender to return to Pakistan.
“The mood in that particular country is quite heated at the moment because a young girl, eight years old, was abducted and killed,” Mr. Rafiq explained.
“He has instructed me that it would be unsafe for him to go back to his country and someone else is instructed to make an application for asylum. That is another matter for another tribunal.”
Stats obtained by the BBC show that more than 44 per cent of cases involving child sex grooming meetings used evidence obtained by paedophile hunters in 2017, with the Guardians of the North claiming to have snared 68 abusers in just 10 months.
But police leaders, possibly embarrassed by the success of these citizens groups after police forces were lambasted for apparently covering up abuse by mostly Muslim grooming rings themselves, have voiced strong opposition to their activities.
“These vigilante groups are putting the lives of children at risk,” alleged Chief Constable Simon Bailey, the National Police Chiefs Council lead for child protection.
“I’m not going to condone these groups and I would encourage them all to stop, but I recognise that I am not winning that conversation.
“I think [working with vigilantes] is something we’re going to have to potentially have to look at, yes, but it comes with some real complexity.”

Facebook user finds MUSLIM ONLY homes to rent in London and West Midlands
A Facebook user has posted an image showing four separate housing classified adverts in London and the West Midlands that appear to only be accepting Muslim tenants.
The post from a user on the Brexit HQ group, if genuine, proves that such advertisements are effectively ‘slipping through the net’ when it comes to ensuring that equality rules are not broken.
There will naturally be people out there who feel that these landlords and homeowners aren’t doing anything wrong on Gumtree, but at the same time there is one very important question that needs to be asked.
What would happen if the word ‘Muslim’ was changed for another faith group?
We’re not saying this to be Islamophobic in any way – far from it – we are just using this as an example to highlight what we feel is an example of the powers that be picking and choosing what they allow to be posted.

Study Reveals How Migrants Really Feel About Non-Muslims
Muslim migrants in Austria tend to express “Medieval” attitudes toward Jews, homosexuals, women and non-Muslims, according to an academic survey.
The study by Ednan Aslan, professor of Islamic Religious Education at the University of Vienna, interviewed a sample of 288 of the approximately 4,000 predominantly Afghan asylum seekers in state care in the southeastern Austrian city of Graz, according to the Austrian daily Kurier, Breitbart reported.
The survey found that some 54.5 percent believe Jewish people don’t care about anyone but themselves, and 44.2 percent think Judaism is actively harmful to the world.
Aslan observed: “For certain refugees anti-Semitism is a matter of course, which has given the refugee movement a new dimension.”

Shut Down Democratic Hopes For 2018?
{townhall.com} ~ Election 2018 is going to be just as turbulent an election season as 2016. An enlightened or enraged electorate will be rushing to the polls this year, elated or outraged with Washington, DC and President Trump’s agenda.
I am confident that Republicans will retain the United States Senate. Republicans will gain seats even in the face of “The Blue Wave” since Democrats nationally have gone so far left, and the progressive grassroots want liar-nObama policies on steroids from the Democratic Party. Red-state Democratic incumbents face pressure from their constituents, but Democratic base will fire back at these DINOs (Democrats-In-Name-Only) and launch primary challenges.
The House of Representatives, however, may turned into a blue-wall shellacking. Republicans have held power in the People’s Chamber for the last 8 years. The caucus is more conservative, and has ditched one Speaker. Paul Ryan is listening to the conservatives and the grassroots, but with the latest shutdown, Republicans risk appearing more dysfunctional than ever. Even though in 2016 Trump won in 12 House Districts currently represented by Democrats, his populist platform might not buoy Republican contenders for 2018.
Worse yet, Real Clear Politics has registered a 10-point to 16-points advantage for the Democratic ticket going into November. The overwhelming turnout for the Year 2018 Women’s March all over the country should also concern Republicans. Liberals are investing time, energy, resources to flip seats in fly-over states, too. At the Women’s March in Downtown Los Angeles, I saw so many posters featuring profanities, vulgar attacks against President Trump and the Republican majority, but I also saw frequent references to vote, vote, vote. “The Blue wave” stood out clearly.
But will the latest shutdown turn into a brick wall for Democrats or Republicans? The federal government needed a continuing resolution by January 19th to ensure payment for federal employees, then military, and it provided a long-term solution for the CHIP program plus a delay of onerous liar-nObamacare taxes. Republican leadership included programs that Democrats wanted, yet only six House Democrats voted for the CR, including California Congressmen Jim Costa because he wanted the CHIP funding; and Salud Carbajal because Santa Barbara County needed the emergency funding.
Despite five US Senate Democrats voting with the GOP majority, the CR didn’t pass the Senate’s 60-vote cloture threshold. Minority Leader Chuck clown-Schumer deserves the public’s blame. He cried to the press that his caucus refused to fund the government for another month unless amendments were added to grant legal status to illegals. There it is: Democrats have shut down the government over illegal immigration. Surprisingly, this talking point came from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, a get-along type if there ever was one. Not only that, House Speaker Paul Ryan informed his Leadership to go home for the weekend. These GOP leaders are calling the Democrats’ bluff. I don’t give them full credit, however. Real leadership under President Trump in the White House has stiffened the spine of Congressional leaders, at least somewhat.
According to the latest polls, Democratic recalcitrance is not helping them, and it’s only going to get worse, judging by what happened to the Republicans during the Shutdown Showdown from 2013. That year, Republicans only controlled the House, and they passed a CR which included defunding mechanisms for liar-nObamacare. Speaker John backstabber-Boehner didn’t want to go along with the plan at first, but the caucus pushed him to follow through. Yes, the government was shut down, but for the same reason as now: Senate Democrats would not pass the CR. Majority Leader Harry dinky-Reid was confident that he could marshal public opinion against the Republicans. His targets included conservative colleague Ted Cruz, who led a 22-hour non-filibuster filibuster outlining to the public how devastating liar-nObamacare had become to working Texans. Eventually, a resolution was reached, and Republicans ended up wounded a little by the press. Then came the liar-nObamacare rollout, a devastating Democratic failure. Coupled with the upcoming six-year itch against Barack liar-nObama’s party, and Republicans were riding a wave into victory for Election 2014.
So, can Democrats expect a lingering backlash in their favor later this year? I strongly doubt it. First of all, President Trump was elected specifically for his opposition to illegal immigration. Democrats are on the losing side of this debate by shutting down the government over DACA. Even Democratic voters in California have voiced their opposition to clown-Schumer’s shutdown, regardless of their views on the illegals. What’s worse for Democrats is that Trump’s signature legislative achievement unlike liar-nObama’s in 2013 is gaining in popularity. The Tax Reforms are working out for businesses large and small. Individuals are enjoying the benefits, and they are seeing past the lies pushed by the press and the Democratic Party.
The Democrats not only shut down the government, but Chuck clown-Schumer, with signature tone-deafness, pitifully reports to website visitors this message: “Sorry, can’t help you right now”. Even worse, House Minority Leader Nancy Pulosi just took her dwindling caucus out for dinner to celebrate, all while our military doesn’t get paid. Three weeks later, Americans will continue to appreciate Trump’s signature successes, and Democrats will suffer lower approval ratings going into November.
I sense that Democrats are going to be kicking themselves for going along with their radical, progressive base on immigration, suffer a national blowback, and lose further credibility in the eyes of the voters. Democrats who voted for Trump will remember why they rejected their party’s presidential nominee in 2016 and vote against them again in 2018.
If Republicans stand strong against amnesty and hold the #clown-SchumerShutdown meme over the minority caucus, then Republicans can look forward to holding the House as well as gaining seats in the Senate. The GOP leaders should be kissing President Trump’s feet because he has put his foot down, willing to fight for the American people’s priorities on immigration. Prediction: The #clown-SchumerShutdown will shut down Democratic chances for Election 2018. Republicans will lose at most ten House seats, but retain power in the House of Representatives.

Chelsea Manning, (D-Fort Leavenworth), the former U.S. Army soldier-turned-traitor, who was a male named Bradley until he betrayed America and swiped on some lipstick, is running for the United States Senate in Maryland on the Democratic Party ticket.
Manning is the perfect Democratic Party candidate: Anti everything that’s quintessentially America in stilettos and a skirt.
Manning’s campaign video features a defiant Chelsea proclaiming, “We don’t need them anymore,” with clips of police clashing with protesters. It is about as ludicrous as Democrat Dana Nessel’s campaign ad for Michigan attorney general where she says: “When you’re choosing Michigan’s next attorney general, ask yourself this: Who can you trust most not to show you their penis in a professional setting? Is it the candidate who doesn’t have a penis?”
Maybe Nessel should ask Chelsea.
Manning is a darling of the radical left, whose super-duper ginormous tent includes everyone except those who don’t live in New York and California, love America, the Rule of Law, the U.S. Military, law enforcement, guns, freedom of speech, conservatism, Judeo-Christian values, the unborn, and God -- to name a few.
Manning wants U.S. borders open, prisons closed, inmates freed and all hospital services free. In a tweet January 16, the defiant traitor said, “the reign of terror must end,” calling for the abolishment of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection agencies. On Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, January 9, Manning tweeted: “F**k the police.” What a sweetie.
Responsible for what authorities describe as the largest leak of classified documents in American history, Manning would have been the perfect running mate for the illegal private email server pantsuit queen, liar-Hillary Clinton. This traitor endangered U.S. soldiers’ lives, compromised military operations and put Iraqi and Afghani partners at risk.
Manning was ultimately charged with 22 offenses, including aiding the enemy. Rather than death by military firing squad, the coward received a 35-year prison sentence. Former President liar-nObama showed us how much he loves America, our military and law enforcement when he commuted Manning’s sentence during his last days in office.
Apparently, Manning wants to pay liar-nObama’s bigheartedness forward by challenging Maryland Democrat Sen. Ben Cardin, who happens to be the ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Manning’s espionage conviction will apparently mean nothing.
It’s already questionable that Congress members are given access to classified government secrets without the normal requirement of a security clearance. And we all know how seriously Manning takes oaths of office.
The Democrats’ latest mantra is that President Trump is unfit for office, despite the president’s recent perfect score on a voluntary mental aptitude test. But we’re supposed to believe Manning is fit? As I’ve written before, this goes against the sensibilities of those like former Johns Hopkins Hospital psychiatrist-in-chief Dr. Paul R. McHugh who wrote a piece in the Wall Street Journal explaining that transgenderism is a “mental disorder” which warrants medical treatment. He said, “policy makers and the media are doing no favors either to the public or the transgendered by treating their confusions as a right in need of defending than a mental disorder that deserves understanding, treatment and prevention.”
And don’t forget, no one can question Manning, post-Chelsea conversion: Express mental state concerns, and you are transphobic. Mention lack of skills, and you are anti-feminist. Talk about treason, and you are a Dick Cheney war hawk.
Just when you think they’ve hit rock-bottom, Democrats do something to remind us there is no pit so deep that they cannot sink deeper still.

The undoing of limited government
{washingtontimes.com} ~ Late last week, Rep. Devin Nunes, California Republican, chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, repeated his public observations that members of the intelligence community — particularly the CIA, the NSA and the intelligence division of the FBI — are not trustworthy with the nation’s intelligence secrets. Because he has a security clearance at the “top secret” level and knows how others who have access to secrets have used and abused them, his allegations are extraordinary.
He pointed to the high-ranking members of the liar-nObama administration who engaged in unmasking the names of some people whose communications had been captured by the country’s domestic spies and the revelation of those names for political purposes. The most notable victim of this lawlessness is retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser, a transcript of whose surveilled conversation with Russian Ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak found its way into print in The Washington Post.
During the George W. Bush and Barack liar-nObama years, captured communications — digital recordings of telephone conversations and copies of emails and text messages — did not bear the names of those who sent or received them. Those names were stored in a secret file. The revelation of those names is called unmasking.
Mr. Nunes also condemned the overt pro-liar-Hillary Clinton bias and anti-Trump prejudice manifested by former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey and their agents in the field, some of whose texts and emails we have seen. The secrets that he argued were used for political purposes had been obtained by the National Security Agency pursuant to warrants issued by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
Yet Mr. Nunes voted to enhance federal bulk surveillance powers.
Bulk surveillance — which is prohibited by the Constitution — is the acquisition of digital versions of telephone, email and text communications based not on suspicion or probable cause but rather on geography or customer status. As I have written before, one publicly available bulk surveillance warrant was for all Verizon customers in the United States; that’s 115 million people, many of whom have more than one phone and at least one computer. And it is surveillance of Americans, not foreigners as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act contemplates.
How did this happen?
It happened in the dark. The NSA has persuaded the FISC, which meets in secret and only hears the government’s arguments, to permit it to spy on any American it wishes on the theory that all Americans know someone who knows someone else who knows someone who could have spoken to a foreign person working for a foreign government that could wish us ill.
This is the so-called judicial logic used to justify the search warrant on all of Verizon’s customers. This is what happens when judges hear only one side of a dispute and do so in secret.
The FISA amendments for which Mr. Nunes and other House members voted, which are likely to pass in the Senate, would purport to make bulk surveillance on all Americans lawful. At present, it is lawful only because the FISC has authorized it. The FISA amendments would write this into federal legislation for the next six years.
And these amendments would permit the FBI and any American prosecutor or law enforcement agency — federal, state or local — to sweep into the NSA’s databases, ostensibly looking for evidence of crime. If this were to become law, there would no longer be any unmasking scandals, because the stored data contains the names of the participants in the communications and would be readily available for harassment, blackmail or political use.
It would also mean that the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution — which guarantees privacy in our persons, houses, papers and effects — would have been gutted by the very office holders who swore an oath to preserve, protect and defend it.
Does the American public know this? Does the president?
Last week, I made an impassioned plea on Fox News Channel directly to the president. I reminded him that he personally has been victimized by unlawful surveillance and the political use of sensitive surveillance-captured data; that the Constitution requires warrants for surveillance and they must specifically describe the place to be searched and the person or thing to be seized; that warrants must be based on probable cause of individual behavior, not an area code or customer list; that the purpose of these requirements is to preserve personal privacy and prohibit bulk surveillance; and that he took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
About an hour later, the president issued a tweet blasting bulk surveillance and unmasking. Two hours after that, he issued another tweet supporting the enactment of the FISA amendments.
What’s going on here?
I suspect that leaders in the intelligence community hurriedly convinced the president that if he sets aside his personal unhappy experiences with them and any constitutional qualms, they will use the carte blanche in the FISA amendments to keep us safe. This is a sad state of affairs. It means that Donald Trump changed his mind 180 degrees on the primacy of personal liberty in our once-free society.
The elites in the federal government and the deep state — the parts of the government that are unauthorized by the Constitution and that operate in the dark, what candidate Trump called “the swamp” — have formed a consensus that marches the might of the government toward total Orwellian surveillance.
This is a march that will be nearly impossible to stop. This is the permanent destruction of the right to privacy. This is the exaltation of safety over liberty, and it will lead to neither. This is the undoing of limited government, right before our eyes.
