First, I want to thank Almighty God for giving America another chance to save our country from those who control Washington, DC and the greedy, lust for power lapdogs they get elected.
Second, to the massive number of volunteer Americans in groups, GOP party committees, lawyers, door knockers, clubs – all who sacrificed their time and money to get Trump elected and not cheated again.
Third, to every American with the legal right to vote got to the polls. The ‘silent majority’ have had it with being lied to; their lives and businesses destroyed over the last 4 years. I always say empty bellies make for angry voters and as disgusting and truly unbelievable in a nation so rich in resources, (impossible to get an exact number) Americans across the country regardless of party or race are going without meals because inflation is killing us.
The other day I saw a photo of cars lined up with pet owners and their furr babies to get donated dog food to feed their doggies and cats vs having to surrender to a kill pound or city “shelter” that does kill because they’re drowning in dogs and cats.
One other outcome of this election we should thank God and intelligent voters for and that is Republicans now hold the majority in the U.S. Senate. Think U.S. Supreme Court Justices as well as federal judges confirmed. Remember 2026 mid-terms aren’t that far away. The 2026 Senate Midterm Map Looks Rough for Democrats, Nov. 8, 2024
While brainwashed Marxist voters wail and cry because Trump was able to keep from being cheated a second time and pollsters and blabber mouths on cable networks or political pundits on line – who also support the goals of the Communist Party International, a number of states/counties are still counting as I write this who have yet to finish counting votes long AFTER election DAY for federal offices.
The legal question here is the same one raised in 2020 but only in independent media. The Mockingbird or Legacy Media aka mainstream media as well as social media sites made damn sure the question was never raised. The 2020 selection election wasn’t called until the Saturday following Election DAY.
There are still some active lawsuits out there on this legal issue, but this MUST be settled before the next mid-term elections because the lying cheating pieces of feces in the Democrat Communist Party USA will spend billions to take back control of the House and Senate. Democrats laughed themselves silly celebrating in 2022 because, allegedly, the predicted “red wave” didn’t happen. Pure propaganda because with election fraud (machines and anti-American vote counters) we have no idea unless a candidate who allegedly lost does a forensic analysis. For those unfamiliar with this, I’m going to include it because it is absolutely germane to this column:

This is the definitive and documented evidence of crimes that cannot, must not be ignored.
“One thing that showed up in his findings was the same thing I wrote about back in 1996: discrepancies in the numbers during the voting process – where are those votes? “I interviewed Prof. Phillips about his book on my radio show, Witness to a Crime: A Citizens’ Audit of an American Election. A 100% approval level by readers (which also comes with a disc.) There’s no question globalist POS John Kerry won Ohio, but due to the cheating, George W. Bush was given the Electoral College votes and “won” the election.

Yes, it would have been yet another tragedy for this country had Kerry become president, but I ask this question over and over and over: Are we a nation of laws or lies?
Right now, states still counting votes for those all-important House seats and the Kari Lake run for the senate care nothing about the law. Many counties in the destroyed state of California were still counting as late as Sunday. How shameful Arizona is now outdoing GA & PA as the biggest election cheating states in the Union.

If we’re going to fix a problem, we have to know all the facts and, in this case, it does require a fair amount of reading. What good does all the work and sacrifices made to get someone elected only to have them declared the loser because of lack of knowledge and cheating? I am not a lawyer and have no legal training, but I do know how to read and research. There’s no question in my mind federal elections, – President, Vice-President, U.S. House and the Senate END at midnight ON election DAY.
Here we are nearly a week later: CONFIRMED: PRESIDENT TRUMP BREAKS HIS VOTE TOTAL RECORD FROM 2020 ELECTION! — His Third Straight Election to Gain More Voters – But Kamala’s Totals Creep Higher as Dubious Democrat Mail-In States Still Don’t Have Their Totals, Nov. 9, 2024:
“Trump is expected to add another 2 million votes to his totals from California alone when the state finally finishes its counting. California has only counted 72% of their ballots as of Friday night. This is totally unacceptable. This shows you how corrupt and insecure the system is in the Golden State. California is not alone, Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Utah(?) are still counting ballots in an election that ended three days ago!”
One thing I learned decades ago from my dear friends who are constitutional attorneys, brainiacs, you don’t just read what someone says about a court case and believe every word. If a section of a state law, or Article in the U.S. Constitution is cited, you have to go read the case and pay attention to the footnotes. Obviously the same applies to decisions made by a court at whatever level. Many, many times over the decades I’ve had to hunt down the cases and read the decisions as well as verify state or federal statutes to make sure the author is accurate.
Oh, but we’re all so sick and tired of listening to election “stuff”. Trump won, the GOP took the Senate and hopefully, after the unlawful and endless searching for votes days or longer the House will hold the majority. This issue and part 2 below must become a priority for YOUR state legislature, the RNC, all incumbents and candidates AND judges because the 2026 mid-term elections will be here before we know it. Every GOP County committee and citizen voter integrity organizations and groups will need to hammer on their state judiciary committee.
Part 1: On Nov. 8, 2020, a lawyer named Ren Jander wrote this: Congress Has Affirmed State Legislatures’ Unilateral Authority to Void Elections at Midnight after Election Day. Just a peek at what this is about:
Congress has exercised this authority by enacting 3 United States Code §1-18:
Ҥ 1. Time of appointing electors
The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a President and Vice President.
“The electors “shall be appointed, in each state” on a very specific day. This special day is known throughout the land as Election Day. The statutory language is facially, and analytically, unambiguous. The electors shall be appointed on Election Day. “Shall be appointed” is a command to the States.
“The exact day prescribed by this law upon which the electors shall be appointed is also unambiguous. Now, I ask you, were any electors appointed on November 3rd in any of the aforementioned states? The answer is unequivocally negatory. No electors were appointed at the time prescribed by law.
“Did Congress provide a means by which electors could be appointed if the states failed to appoint them on the day prescribed by law? Yes:” Rest at link above.

PREFACE OF THE BATTLE PLAN (Federal statutes are included.)
(Nov. 18, 2020) — “When the federal statutes speak of ‘the election’… they plainly refer to the combined actions of voters and officials meant to make a final selection of an officeholder… By establishing a particular day as ‘the day’ on which these actions must take place, the statutes simply regulate the time of the election, a matter on which the Constitution explicitly gives Congress the final say.” Foster v. Love, 522 U.S. 67, 71-72 (1997)
“We will take a closer at this binding precedent below, but in preview, please understand that it emanates from a 9-0 decision of the United States Supreme Court, wherein the entire Court joined, not just the outcome, but also the opinion on this very point.
“The voters vote. The officials count. These combined actions form “the election,” and the election must be decided on the day. States that failed to make a final selection of officeholder by midnight after Election Day have violated the statute, subjecting the nation at large to the very evils Congressionally mandated deadlines were drafted to prevent.
“Federal Election Day statutes were designed to curtail fraud, and to infuse a prima facie sense of integrity in our electoral process. But these States – in failing to obey Congressional deadlines – have flagrantly attempted to preempt federal law. This is certainly prohibited, and this is why the late election results are void.”
Jander asked everyone to contact Trump – which I did twice by express mail; no response from him or his COS, Stephen Miller. Too bad Trump didn’t retain Dr. Edwin Vieira to go right to the U.S. Supreme Court (Foster v Love was THEIR decision) if Edwin would have agreed to represent Trump. And so, the circus of lawsuits and pressers began.

I posted a satirical meme in 2016, telling Hillary supporters they could skip the line by “voting by text.” It was an obvious joke, something that should have been protected under the First Amendment. Yet, the Biden regime has weaponized our justice system to punish me, labeling this obvious satire as “election interference.” Meanwhile, just recently, Jimmy Kimmel used his late-night TV show—broadcasted over federally licensed airwaves—to joke about Trump supporters voting on the wrong day. But there’s no FBI beating down his door, no threat of prison time for him. This glaring double standard makes it crystal clear: the justice system is being wielded as a weapon against anyone who dares challenge the regime’s narrative.
On January 27, 2021, five days after Joe Biden’s inauguration, FBI agents knocked at my door. I was the man behind the popular pro-Trump Twitter account @RickyVaughn99. Federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of New York claimed that I violated 18 USC 241, which punishes conspiring to “injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person” for exercising their constitutional or federal rights, with penalties of up to ten years in prison. The statute is designed to prevent violent voter suppression. It has never been used to prosecute speech. In 2023, I was convicted at trial in the Eastern District of New York and sentenced to seven months in prison. During my trial, the DOJ couldn’t produce a single person who failed to vote because of the meme I shared. Not one single person. They even admitted my case was about setting a precedent, a “test” to criminalize satire that steps out of line. Scary, dystopian stuff.

With the fires of war raging in Europe and the Middle East and an invasion of illegal immigrants swamping the American homeland, it might look like the new presidency will have enough on its plate.
But Americans looking at the future of President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming administration have already gotten a preview of his plan to overhaul the federal bureaucracy.
And it’s the deep state’s deepest fear.
And they should be terrifying to the kind of arrogant operatives who bedeviled Trump’s first term in office.

What’s notable is that No. 1 on the list is an item relatively few Americans, even among Trump supporters, would consider the No. 1 problem facing the country.
But Trump’s announcement that he would bring back his executive order from October 2020 to make it easier to rid the government of employees pursuing their own political agenda versus carrying out the orders of the administration elected by the American people.
This is no minor matter of job reorganization — it will shake Washington, D.C. to its core.
As the first Trump administration showed, the federal government is rife with personal fiefdoms — from high-profile high priests of pomposity like former FBI Director James Comey and his successor, Christopher Wray — to the activist faceless moles buried in the offices of the Environmental Protection Agency or the Department of Education.
The self-described “resistance” operated as a fifth column inside the Trump administration, aiming to foil the duly elected president of the American people, running out the clock on his years in office until the rightful rule — in their view — of regulators and progressive pencil pushers could be restored.
Trump’s order, known as “Schedule F” is aimed right in their direction. It wouldn’t solve all of the government’s problems. It wouldn’t address leadership at the FBI for instance, for instance, but it would go a long way toward restoring some sanity to the situation.
As the swelling of the federal government in the decades since World War II has shown, there may be no greater threat to the republic envisioned by the Founders than the metastatic multiplication of petty tyrants empowered by offices they hold without accountability to the people who are paying their salaries.
Virtually all of the rest of Trump’s plan is a variation on No. 1, in that he’s aiming to tame a government that has become ruinously powerful over the citizenry — from law enforcement and intelligence offices that have become blatantly politicized (see Trump impeachment No. 1) to the courts established by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which are supposed to protect Americans but made a mockery of that role in the “Russia collusion” hoax.
That goal is included with No. 10 on the list, in which Trump vows to push for a constitutional amendment to impose (the Rugg X post incorrectly uses the word “oppose”) term limits on members of Congress.
Regardless of whether term limits are a good idea — their adoption is well beyond the powers of a presidency.
It would require amending the Constitution, which would need a two-thirds majority vote in both houses of Congress (the very men and women whose government careers could be cut short by the proposal) or the convocation of a constitutional convention. And while a constitutional convention isn’t impossible, it hasn’t happened since ratification.
And while there’s little doubt that the sclerotic nature of the federal government is fed by the fact that election to federal office in many cases amounts to a lifetime appointment for an undeserving hack (e.g. Waters, Maxine: 33 years and counting), there’s plenty of reason to doubt term limits are ever going to happen.
And it’s no small thing to note that Founders could have included term limits in the Constitution if they’d thought it necessary. If James Madison & Co. didn’t think so, contemporary conservatives should at least have their doubts about the wisdom of it. (Messing with Madison is more of a leftist idea.)
Trump and his advisers clearly know all of that. But they’re making a bigger point.
The goal here is to restore the government to its constitutional role as a servant of the people, not their master.
The goals is making federal agencies accountable to the administration elected by the people, not to their own political agendas.
The goal, in short, is to bring the leviathan to heel.
And that’s the deep state’s deepest fear of all
