It is time to get justice for humanity

"Americas must realize that self-scrutiny is not treason. Self-examination is not disloyalty."

Seek the truth and expose and prosecute the criminals.

November 13th, 2014

Fellow Americans:

In view that up to this date, The US government fail to respond to the many requests for an investigation and prosecution of the ones responsible for the mass killings that occurred in December 2001 in Dasht-e-Leili, Afghanistan and evidence of cover-up by the Bush and Obama administration of this genocide, we ask you to support the will of the people and demand that the US government meet his obligation as a government by the people and for the people and respond to the American people and the world community for this mass killings done in the name of the American people. We the people of this United States are not criminals and will prosecute the ones responsible for this genocide; we will not allow our government to cover up crimes against humanity in the name of democracy or the security of our country.

Crimes against humanity are, in essence, crimes which are so heinous that they shock

The human conscience; therefore they should be distinguished from common crimes.

UNHCR supports the inclusion of elements which denote such heinousness, such as the

elements of “widespread” or “systematic” as well as the inclusion of a general motivational requirement. The general motivational requirement should, however,

be more extensive than that in respect of genocide and should cover political and social

grounds. At the same time, UNHCR considers that a single criminal act may also amount to

a “crime against humanity” if it is committed as part of a “system” and therefore the

requirement for “on a massive scale” is unjustified.

Fellow Americans we must not allow our government to commit genocide, we must seek justice by demanding the arrest, prosecution and punishment of all the criminals and the ones that cover up the crimes against humanity.

The writings of the prophet Ezekiel from many thousand years ago, describes a conversation between the prophet and the Lord God. It begins with the words: "The soul that sinned, it shall die." It goes on to explain that "the son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son" and continues: "But if the wicked will turn from all his sins to do what is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die."

Please send letter to the United Nations and request and investigation and prosecution of all the actors of this genocide and the ones that cover up.

Address, 405 East 42 Street, New York, NY, 10017. Tel: 212-963-1234.

Details of Obama’s Immigration Plan Leaked

As early as Nov. 21, Barack Obama will announce his 10-point plan on immigration, circumventing Congress and disregarding the Constitution. Fox News reports on a leaked draft of Obama’s executive action that does everything from giving Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers a raise, to granting differed action to 4.5 million illegal immigrants. It will also give a discount to the first 10,000 illegal immigrants who apply for naturalization. In response, some GOP lawmakers advocate a tough line against Obama’s plan. Rep. Matt Salmon (R-AZ) wants the GOP to work a provision into December’s appropriations bill where Congress leaves no money for Obama’s executive actions. But Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell wants a softer approach – more cooperation among politicians. Still, Obama could continue going Rambo on immigration by waiting until after Congress passes its appropriation bill Dec. 11, or by placing a few Republican carrots in the executive order. Republicans need to remember this is not just a policy debate: This is an argument over Rule of Law and the constitutionally separated powers in Washington. Both high ideals. More…

Reid Has ‘No Desire’ to Create Obstruction

Outgoing Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid ran the chamber with an iron fist, but now that he’s headed for the minority, he wants everybody to get along. “I’ve always believed it wise to follow Will Roger’s admonition: ‘Don’t let yesterday use up too much of today,’” he said from the Senate floor. Therefore, he added, “I’m ready … to work with [Mitch McConnell] in good faith to make this institution function again for the American people.” He then had the temerity to blameRepublicans for the dysfunction. “I saw firsthand how a strategy of obstruction was debilitating to our system,” he continued, blaming McConnell for creating gridlock. “I have no desire to engage in that manner.” That’s all he ever did as majority leader – blocking amendments, letting House bills stack up on his desk, etc. We don’t believe for a second he’s turned over a new leaf.

Part-Time Workers Can’t Get Full-Time Jobs

About 32% of part-time workers wish for a full-time job, according to a survey conducted by CareerBuilder, but a lack of education and a crummy job market has landed those people in jobs bringing in little money on few hours. Of those wishing for full-time work, 39% say they have to stretch their salary and 31% say they are the only person bringing home the bacon in their family. The challenge to getting that 40-hour-a-week position? Only 31% said they weren’t looking, 51% said they didn’t have the necessary skills, and the top reason was the lack of full-time work since the recession (54%). Rosemary Haefner, vice president of human resources at CareerBuilder, said, “Though we’re seeing an uptick in full-time, permanent hiring, many workers are still having difficulty finding positions in their field of expertise.” Five years after the federal government declared the recession over, one-third of the part-time workforce wishes for something better, but the jobs are opening up at an excruciatingly slow pace. Just the latest dispatch from the sorry Obama recovery. More…

Senate Vote Looming on Keystone

Earlier this year, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid squelched any effort to pass legislation regarding the Keystone XL pipeline. Now that Democrats got thumped in the election, however, the legislation is headed for a vote. Why? Democrat Sen. Mary Landrieu needs help in her Louisiana runoff. Bloomberg reports, “The purpose of the vote would be symbolic: To highlight Landrieu’s support for the pipeline and her influence on energy issues in Washington – a centerpiece of her campaign. A vote in favor of the pipeline may benefit Landrieu in her Dec. 6 runoff election, in which she faces Republican Representative Bill Cassidy.” Landrieu’s being able to tout passage of the pipeline sure would be good on the stump in a state that stands to benefit from it. In fact, it may even be more helpful if Barack Obama vetoes it – he and his ecofascist constituents get what they want, while Landrieu can claim to have opposed Obama on something. It’s a win-win … for Democrats. Unfortunately, that usually means a loss for the country. More…

School Refused Veterans Day Ceremony Over Firearms

The Eau Claire school district in Wisconsin did not hold its traditional Veterans Day ceremonies Tuesday because guns are scary. That’s right – the 21-gun salute that was a standard part of the program is no longer acceptable on school grounds. “We like to honor the veterans; we bring them in on a regular basis,” says Tim Libham, the executive director of administration with the district. “There are just some conditions that we have to adhere to and the shooting of guns, even with blanks, is something we don’t feel is appropriate given society, and the concerns that we have and that the community has, on school premises.” The ceremony was instead held at a local Burger King. School officials should be ashamed. They’re teaching kids that fear is more important than honor. More…

The Phony Climate Deal With China

2014-11-13-7cae1639.jpgObama at the Star Trek convention

Barack Obama waves around five magic beans from his climate change talk with the Chinese while China walks away with the cow. On Tuesday, the White House announced it made an agreement with the Communist nation limiting carbon emissions. Obama’s in China this week, where the world’s two biggest energy producers hashed things out before UN delegates meet in Paris in December 2015 to write a new treaty regulating the world in response to supposedly man-made global warming.

Just like he has with so many other policies, Obama went it alone. Most everyone was surprised by the announcement that China and the U.S. had reached an agreement – a bad sign on an issue so large as climate change. But it’s a bum deal, and the Republican-led Congress must rescue Obama from himself.

During his first term, Obama set the goal of cutting the nation’s emissions to 17% below 2005 levels by 2020. This week’s announcement increases that goal of cutting emissions to 26-27% of 2005 levels by the year 2025. The White House said it was opening trade with China for “sustainable environmental goods and clean energy technologies.” The nations will be working to study responses to climate change together.

While Obama pledges to further cut emissions – strangling business and increasing the almighty power of the EPA – China pinky-promises (with fingers crossed) it will begin to decrease its emissions by 2030 and start to produce 20% of its energy from clean energy sources. Only years after the United States has met its goal will China think of following in those footsteps. Really? We’re supposed to believe this?

Last September, it was checkup time at the UN. Every country, from Ebola-stricken Liberia to large, industrialized nations, gathered in New York City to share specifics of what each had done to combat the scourge of global warming.

China slunk into that climate summit like the slacking student in a group project. It’s a “responsible major country,” said Zhang Gaoli, Vice Premier of the State Council of China, who added, “We will announce post-2020 actions on climate change as soon as we can.” The world’s biggest polluter, one of the giants when it comes to industry and energy production, had nothing.

In response to this week’s U.S.-China announcement, the UN released a statement: “Today, China and the United States have demonstrated the leadership that the world expects of them. This leadership demonstrated by the Governments of the world’s two largest economies will give the international community an unprecedented chance to succeed at reaching a meaningful, universal agreement in 2015.”

It took Obama – not the U.S. – a promise to further cut and cripple the U.S. economy for China to agree to the most basic of plans that would be agreeable to the ecofascists in the global community.

Senate Republican leaders hope to undermine Obama’s environmental policies. One of Congress' most important tools is control of the purse strings. Republicans could defund Obama’s environmental policies, hamstring new EPA regulation by withholding funds and weaken Obama’s presence at the UN 2015 Paris meeting.

Indeed, the GOP believes it has a mandate from voters to stand in the gap against Obama and his economically damaging environmental policies. In a statement, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said, “The President said his policies were on the ballot, and the American people spoke up against them. It’s time for more listening, and less job-destroying red tape. Easing the burden already created by EPA regulations will continue to be a priority for me in the new Congress.”

But Obama has plenty of moves to hinder the Republicans' pledge to work against his green policies. Obama still wields the veto pen and Republicans don’t have veto-proof majorities in either chamber. But neither can Obama enter into a binding international treaty. So he uses his phone to create working groups, research centers and initiatives with China – all little things compared to what Obama would truly like to accomplish.

“It’s hollow and not believable for China to claim it will shift 20 percent of its energy to non-fossil fuels by 2030, and a promise to peak its carbon emissions only allows the world’s largest economy to buy time,” Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) said. “China builds a coal-fired power plant every 10 days, is the largest importer of coal in the world, and has no known reserves of natural gas. This deal is a non-binding charade.”

Obama has his five magic beans, a pat on the back from the UN, a boiling political fight when he returns to Washington and a long road until the UN meeting in Paris. Going it alone has weakened Obama on the global stage. He can only go so far before the Constitution reins in his unlawful attempt to transform the country. But he’s still trying.

Pirouette Toward Asia

2014-11-13-2fb6f603.jpg

China is aggressively pushing asymmetric militarization – that is, targeted ramping up capabilities to probe vulnerable seams and gaps in U.S. capabilities – as well as conducting more pronounced maneuvering in the South China Sea. That means the Obama administration’s strategy of “pivoting toward Asia” is now in what can best be described as an endless “pirouette.” A better description would be a classic death-spiral.

The U.S. just reached agreement with Communist China on notification protocols for major military exercises, ostensibly diffusing alarm when one nation conducts such an exercise. Perhaps like conducting an otherwise-unannounced major naval exercise in the South China Sea. Another agreement reaffirms the now 50-year-old traditional rules for encounters at sea and in the air, because, apparently, these things aren’t patently evident to all civilized nations by now, having been codified into international law for half a century or so. Great job, Chosen One! We’ll show those naked aggressors who’s boss!

Meanwhile, as Russian President Vladimir Putin tries desperately to get the gang back together – a few invasions of sovereign states, a shoot-down of a plane carrying a few hundred innocent civilians – Team Hopeless is trying to return to its “pivot” script. Never mind that Putin just solidified Russian economic ties to China with another Siberia gas deal. Also overlook the fact Moscow has reclassified NATO as Russia’s official adversary (did we mention NATO is ostensibly led by the U.S.?). We should also not dwell on “blame” for that SA-11 shot that murdered 300 innocents, either, right? Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

The whole reason Barack Obama “pivoted” to “Asia” (read: China) in the first place was because of so much intense saber-rattling in the South China Sea. China’s bald regional hegemonic machinations meant the U.S. could no longer ignore the threats to its allies – Japan, Australia, New Zealand and a host of others within that vulnerable region.

Our “good friends” in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) recently developed their own version of the Marshall Plan to cope with all the unrest (which, by the way, they have generated): The so-called “Silk Road” is a $40 billion plan to buy off opposition to Chinese designs on regional hegemony. Effectively, it will force nations in the region to “chose a side” – the sides being, of course, the U.S. and China. As such an unwaveringly solid friend as the kowtow administration has demonstrated itself to be to these “lesser” states, any guesses which side most of them will choose?

Luckily, China has a long way to go to catch up with the U.S., despite the debut of its new J-31 stealth fighter – during Obama’s attendance at the Asian economic summit in Beijing, no less. Who could have predicted such timing for test flights? Of course, the “Chinese stealth fighter” is better known as the “F-35 Joint Strike Fighter,” an American jet, since the Chinese unabashedly stole top-secret technical data through cyber espionage against Lockheed Martin and its subcontractors. Testing their plane during Obama’s visit signals they know they have nothing to fear from him.

We should also point out the inconvenient truth of China’s deployment of two brigades of DF21D ballistic missiles – so-called “carrier killers,” and not without good reason. Supposedly, these missiles had been a long way off from reaching operational capability. Yet they are now part of what the emperor Chinese leader might call a “fully armed and operational battle station.”

Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Frank Kendall put a fine point on the whole issue of technology: “Our technological superiority is very much at risk. There are people designing systems specifically to defeat us in a very thoughtful and strategic way, and we’ve got to wake up, frankly.” Kendall went on to name several areas in which the U.S. remains critically vulnerable: China’s threat to the U.S. surface fleet as well as U.S. overseas bases; China’s challenge to U.S. air dominance; Chinese threats to U.S. space capabilities and access to space; and finally, China’s ability to mount cyber assaults on U.S. networks. The myth of U.S. technical superiority is quickly becoming just that: a myth.

The real lesson here is what is wrought when a nation chooses a position of weakness. Starting in 2009 with his World Apology Tour and continuing with numerous international failings and foreign-policy-related humiliations, Obama has abjectly demonstrated what happens when the U.S. abdicates its leadership role in the world and chooses instead to be the world’s buddy. Rogue nations, belligerent nations and nations ruled by an iron thumb are not content with being anyone’s buddy. They are content only with being conqueror.

OPINION IN BRIEF

American writer E. B. White (1899-1985): “Democracy is the recurrent suspicion that more than half of the people are right more than half the time.”

Columnist Ann Coulter: “People who voted Republican took the attitude of ‘We’re giving you one more chance.’ They are not going to back off, and they can’t be tricked or lied to. They’re looking the GOP in the eye and saying: We’re not fooling around: Amnesty is dead, right? Republicans won by ignoring the establishment when it said, Don’t criticize amnesty! and ignoring the tea party when it said, Let’s run candidates like Christine O'Donnell! Don’t confuse who’s good at what here. The establishment has to drop amnesty and the tea party has got to drop – for now – demands for government shutdowns to repeal Obamacare. Without the presidency, Republicans' sole objective for the next two years is to keep sending Obama bills that 80 percent of Americans will support. They can pass some great legislation – and they’ll also force Democrats into votes that won’t be easy to explain to their constituents. Republicans might start by dusting off that bill requiring Congress to live under Obamacare.”

Comment | Share

Historian Victor Davis Hanson: “Midterm voters apparently understood that ‘comprehensive immigration reform’ has devolved into something like comprehensive health care reform – a euphemism for Obama’s larger efforts at fundamentally transforming America. … It’s hard to find supporters of immigration reform who argue that the Kenyan, South Korean, Czech or Jamaican applicant for entry into the U.S. should be treated equally on the basis of skill sets, education or prior background – rather than as a future identity-politics voter. … If advocates of comprehensive immigration reform are going to win Americans over to their side, they are going to have to find a new approach to the debate that they have now lost. For now, the position remains the current one of ethnic-privileging one group over another. The selfish position is the current one of burdening the host society by accommodating the language of the guest. The surreal position is that of ingratitude of guests toward generous host country by demanding that its laws either be ignored or changed to fit their own particular agendas and preferences. On matters of immigration, open-borders advocates have become reactionaries. Last week’s midterm results proved it.”

Accountability Teams

Many have asked me to explain the concept of accountability teams to hold those we elected accountable. Accountability is nothing new. There are many Biblical examples of accountability. Nathan held King David accountable for his affair with Bathsheba and ordering her husband Uriah killed in battle. Achan was held accountable for transgressing God's covenant by hiding forbidden spoils, causing Israel's army to be defeated. Joshua 7:25 reports, "And all Israel stoned him with stones..." Ecclesiastes 4:9 says that two are better than one, "for if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow." This is also true with accountability. We can transfer Biblical accountability to our socio-political environment. And we should.

I have heard Christians argue repeatedly that Matthew 18:15-17 is only for dealing with a brother who sins against you. Legalism aside, Jesus gives us the principle on how to hold people accountable: "Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican." In these verses are the foundation for the accountability team concept.

Anyone can be part of an accountability team. You and your spouse; you and your significant other; you and your co-worker; you and your friend. Accountability teams can be large or small. Certainly, they can hold one another accountable and/or extend to others. In our case, we want to extend to those we elected and why we elected them. Now people may argue that those we elected are not disciples of Christ. So be it. But we are and we have both the Lord and our votes on our side. We have taken the great step of sending a message to these politicians that we don't like how they are handling government. We threw a bunch of them out. Now its time to hold them accountable.

Accountability teams may work in many different ways. My suggestion is to determine as a team the four or five issues on which you want to hold accountability (ie., socialist healthcare, amnesty/border security, ISIS, marriage, spending, or others). Every time there is a possible action on those issues, team members should each write the senator or representative a brief email--something that can be read in less than 15 seconds--something like "We elected you to oppose socialist healthcare. Do the right thing." Also call the office with the same message. If they don't vote correctly, write a brief press announcement and have each member of the accountability team call the local paper, radio station, and TV station to complain. Tell them citizens are angry because the politician isn't doing what we elected him/her to do.

See how this follow's Jesus' guidelines?--go to the person first; If he doesn't listen, go to the news media. I know that much of this will be frustrating because neither the media nor the elected official may respond very favorably. But with the power of the Lord with you, great things can happen. And if we get enough people doing this, both the politicians and the media will have to take notice that we mean business. Be polite, but firm. Don't be all religious and self righteous. Straight to the point--let your yes be yes and your no be no. Build relationships if you can, but take the upper hand. Let's see if we can back up our votes and start turning this sinking ship back to safe harbor.

While Obamacare’s proponents continue to insist that the program presents no threat to Americans’ healthcare, new comments from Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber demonstrate that Obamacare was designed to do just that. Gruber stated:

You get a law which said healthy people are going to pay in, it made explicit that healthy people pay and sick people get money, it would not have passed…Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage and basically, you know, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically, that was really, really critical to get this thing to pass.

In other words, yes, Obamacare redistributes healthcare. Yes, Obamacare will endanger people who cannot afford healthcare because they are young and healthy, all in order to pay for government benefits for those who are sick. And yes, in order to control the resulting costs, care will have to be cut for the elderly.

Gruber isn’t the only Obamacare architect to tell the truth about Obamacare’s view of redistribution. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, who has said that he wishes to die at age 75, wrote in February 2008 in the Journal of the American Medical Association:

Vague promises of savings from cutting waste, enhancing prevention and wellness, installing electronic medical records and improving quality of care are merely ‘lipstick’ cost control, more for show and public relations than for true change.

CHRISTIAN SCHOOL'S UNDER ATTACK

Do Christian colleges have the right to require that ROTC officers be followers of the Christian faith?

That’s the crux of a controversy surrounding the ROTC program at Wheaton College, one of the nation’s most prominent Christian schools.

The U.S. Army says they have launched a review of ROTC policies nationwide after the Military Religious Freedom Foundation raised concerns about an ROTC assignment listing for an assistant professor of military science at Wheaton.

The MRFF noted that the person hired “must be of Christian faith.”

“While Wheaton is a private Christian college, and can impose a religious test on its own faculty members, it cannot impose that same religious test on the faculty members provided by the U.S. Army for its ROTC program, and the U.S. Army unequivocally cannot require a religious test for any ROTC assignment, regardless of the religious preference of the college at which that ROTC assignment exists,” MRFF founder Mikey Weinstein wrote in a letter sent in November to Secretary of the Army John McHugh.

A grieving father is asking President Barack Obama to bring his son, who was killed by an illegal alien, back to life with an executive order on immigration.

“While your Executive Order pad is out, can you write one to bring my son and the tens of thousands (actually over 100,000) killed by illegal aliens back to life and to bring our destroyed families back together?” asks Don Rosenberg in a letter to Obama. His son Drew was killed by an illegal alien who ran over him in 2010.

In the letter, Rosenberg notes that President Obama’s administration refused to deport the illegal alien who killed his son.

“I know that shortly you will be issuing some sort of Executive Order protecting millions of lawbreakers, many of whom have killed people but all of whom share some responsibility for those killed,” Rosenberg wrote. “I know that you want to prevent their families from being separated. By the way, your administration refused to deport the man who killed my son. I was told, ‘He’s only committed one crime of moral turpitude.’”

AZ Sheriff Feds Refuse to Give Us Names of Released Criminal Aliens

By Breitbart TV.

Pinal County, AZ Sheriff Paul Babeu reported that that federal government “refuses” to give him the names of illegal aliens who commit crimes in the US and are released on Wednesday’s “Your World with Neil Cavuto” on the Fox News Channel.

Babeu said that “law enforcement in many cases have let these criminals go even when there’s an outstanding hold or a warrant for them from immigration [officials].” And “what we’ve had happened right here in my county, there were hundreds of convicted criminals that were released right here. There are thousands including California, Georgia, and Texas, and to this day the federal government refuses to tell us their names…there’s no consequences for all of these criminals. They’re back out on the street and the federal government will refuse to give us these names because they know we can then connect thousands of these criminals who the federal government once held in custody and then released them.”

Source: Obama to announce 10-point immigration plan via exec action as early as next week

By Lucas Tomlinson.

President Obama is planning to unveil a 10-part plan for overhauling U.S. immigration policy via executive action — including suspending deportations for millions — as early as next Friday, a source close to the White House told Fox News.

The president’s plans were contained in a draft proposal from a U.S. government agency. The source said the plan could be announced as early as Nov. 21, though the date might slip a few days pending final White House approval.

Obama was briefed at the White House by Homeland Security officials before leaving on his Asia-Pacific trip last week, Fox News has learned.

The plan contains 10 initiatives than span everything from boosting border security to improving pay for immigration officers.

But the most controversial pertain to the millions who could get a deportation reprieve under what is known as “deferred action.”

Salute to Heroes

By Craig Andresen – The National Patriot and Right Side Patriots on cprworldwidemedia.com

guard-1.jpg?width=296Veterans Day.

A singular day set aside to honor those who have served this nation, the cause of freedom, liberty throughout the world and here at home.

One day, when we should all come together and offer our thanks to those who, throughout the decades and centuries, have preserved our freedom, our rights and our way of life.

Just one day?

No…

That’s simply not right.

Do we enjoy our liberty just one day of the year?

Do we live in freedom only on the 11th of November every year?

Are so many others, in far flung places around the world free for just a specific 24 hours according to a date on a calendar?

Certainly not.

Why then do we celebrate Veterans Day on only a single day?

It is proven that amnesty will hurt not only the black community but the middle class and lower income community throughout the country. The President knows this, and the Democrats know this. Do you think they care?

I will answer that question for you with a resounding; Hell no! And I can prove it. It is being reported today that the President's staff has drafted an amnesty bill that will be executed under an executive order. In the bill, he is ordering 500,000 technical jobs to be awarded to immigrants through the State Departments visa program.

Unemployment for Americans is around nine percent. Unemployment for the black community is around 18 percent, yet the President wants to award jobs to people who enter this country illegally.

People, wake up! There is a reason this administration believes, " the American people are stupid" 4064005893?profile=original

One God, YHVH, not allah

A friend of mine called last night upset about the announcement that Islamic prayers were going to be held in the National Cathedral. I said, "What can I say or do about that?" He replied that our founding fathers would be rolling over in their graves to learn of such things. Indeed, the one true God, I'm sure, is not pleased either. The Episcopalians have turned the National Cathedral into a house of ill repute. Of course, there are many so-called pastors who are doing the same to their churches. We see politicians try to tell us that allah and YHVH are the same God and that Islam is really a religion of peace. It is no such thing. It is not a religion. It is a system where men use a false god to control, recruit and gain power.

In Matthew 24, Jesus explains the end times. He said in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you." Verse 11 says, "And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many." Even today, there are many false prophets. Those who would say that allah and YHVH are the same are chief among the false prophets. Especially those who call themselves Christians and also preach that allah and YHVH are the same. The basic tenet of the Christian faith is found in John 14:6, where Jesus declares: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me." The Koran, the holy book of allah, in many verses denies that Jesus is the Son of God.

The Koran's Sura 4:171 says, "O followers of the Book! do not exceed the limits in your religion, and do not speak (lies) against Allah, but (speak) the truth; the Messiah, Isa son of Marium (Mary) is only a messenger of Allah and His Word which He communicated to Marium and a spirit from Him; believe therefore in Allah and His messengers, and say not, Three. Desist, it is better for you; Allah is only one Allah; far be It from His glory that He should have a son, whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is His, and Allah is sufficient for a Protector."  Sura 19:29: "God forbid that He Himself should beget a son!" Sura 17:111:"Praise be to God who has never begotten a son; who has no partner in His Kingdom..."

If allah and YHVH are the same, then why would God tell Jews and Christians one thing and Muslims another in their holy books? Why would there be two holy books? Christian pastors, politicians, Episcopalian administrators of the National Cathedral take heed. You cannot agree that allah and YHVH are the same and at the same time claim that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. You are double minded. Furthermore, 2 Corinthians 6:14 says, "Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what partnership has light with darkness?" If you believe allah and YHVH are equal, then you are unequally yoked, and yoked with the darkness of the Islamic deeds. allah is not YHVH. Those who believe so are false prophets, heretics and blasphemers. Run from them.

Leaders of the U.S. Episcopalian church aren’t asking anything in exchange for letting U.S.-based Islamist advocates of sharia law pray to Allah in the prestigious National Cathedral in Washington D.C., despite Christian persecution and murder surging across the Middle East.

“No, there is no quid pro quo here,” said Craig Stapert, the spokesman for the cathedral, where the Islamists will hold their prayers on Friday, Nov. 14.

Instead, “we’re looking for an opportunity to have prayer in our space, and to come together to see what it does for us as people of faith,” he told The Daily Caller.

The Islamists expected at the cathedral include representatives from the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). In 2009, both groups were confirmed as co-conspirators in a conspiracy to deliver funds to the Gaza-based Hamas jihad group, which regularly launches attacks to kill Jews in Israel.

This year, Hamas launched more than 4,000 rockets at Jews in Israel, often from within civilian areas.

THE FOUNDATION

“Our obligations to our country never cease but with our lives.” –John Adams, letter to Benjamin Rush, 1808

EDITOR’S NOTE

In observance of Veterans Day, Mark Alexander will publish a special column – “The High Cost of Freedom,” a tribute to Chris Kyle – this afternoon in lieu of his regular Wednesday column.

Veterans Day 2014

2014-11-11-51d0bc24.jpg

On the 11th Hour of the 11th Day of the 11th Month…

This day is set aside now, in honor of American Patriot Veterans, who have carried the banner of Liberty forward since the first shots at Lexington and Concord. And it is now time for us to deliver this banner to the next generation.

Millions of Patriots – American Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coastguardsmen – have for generations honored their oaths to “support and defend” Liberty, as “endowed by our Creator” and enshrined in our Constitution.

Today, and every day, we formally honor them. We remain the proud and the free because they have stood bravely in harm’s way, and millions remain on post today. For this, we, the American People, offer our heartfelt thanks.

“Mighty men of valor, men trained for war, who could handle shield and spear, and whose faces were like the faces of lions.” –1 Chronicles 12:8

“Duty, honor, country: Those three hallowed words reverently dictate what you ought to be, what you can be, what you will be. They are your rallying point to build courage when courage seems to fail, to regain faith when there seems to be little cause for faith, to create hope when hope becomes forlorn.” –Gen. Douglas MacArthur

“War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.” –John Stuart Mill

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” –John 15:12-14

VA Secretary: More Smoke and Mirrors

The former CEO of Procter & Gamble is clearing house and reforming the Department of Veterans Affairs after the wait-time scandal broke this year. VA Secretary Robert McDonald plans to fire up to 1,000 people, hire 28,000 more health care workers, and insists on calling the veterans who come to the VA “customers” as a sign of commitment to them, not the bureaucracy. Of the people who are expected to get the pink slip, “The report we’ve passed up to the Senate Committee and House Committee, has about 35 names on it. I’ve got another report that has over 1,000,” McDonald said. “We’re simplistically talking about people who violated our values.” And of those values, McDonald continued, “It’s integrity, it’s advocacy, it’s respect, it’s excellence. These are the things that we try to do for our veterans.” This is obviously smoke and mirrors. If Barack Obama was really interested in veterans' health, he would not have pulled out of Iraq without a SOFA ahead of his 2012 election. More…

It was a good year for guns and a bad year for criminals. “[T]he estimated number of violent crimes in 2013 decreased 4.4 percent when compared with 2012 figures, and the estimated number of property crimes decreased 4.1 percent,” the FBI wrote. “There were an estimated 1,163,146 violent crimes reported to law enforcement last year, along with an estimated 8,632,512 property crimes.” This happened as law-abiding Americans underwent 21,093,000 background checks to purchase firearms last year. ‘Net Neutrality’ Gets Obama’s Vote

In January, the DC Circuit Court struck down the FCC’s so-called “net neutrality” rules as being beyond the scope of the agency’s authority. Undeterred, the FCC in May proposed new rules, tweaked to comport with the court ruling. Now, Barack Obama is inserting himself into the debate. The New York Times reports, “Obama urged the Federal Communications Commission to adopt the strictest set of neutrality rules possible and to treat consumer broadband service as a public utility, similar to telephone or power companies.” Obama declared, “We cannot allow Internet service providers to restrict the best access or to pick winners and losers in the online marketplace for services and ideas.” In other words, he wants to be the one to pick winners and losers. Two things: Obama doesn’t have the authority over the FCC, which is independent, though his bullying may still influence things. And second, his involvement likely poisons the well for debate in Congress on a measure to reach a compromise because he’s clearly aiming to please his leftist base. More…

We don’t know what’s more worrying – that one of the authors of ObamaCare admitted he lied to the American people, or that he doesn’t care because, self-government be damned, he knew what was best for the country. In newly uncovered video, MIT professor Jonathan Gruber told an audience at the University of Pennsylvania last year the “Affordable” Care Act had to be written in a way that obscured what the bill was actually about because that was the only way it could have passed. “Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage,” he said. “And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass.” This political strategy has been the trademark political move of the Obama administration. They hide information and then call political enemies stupid. Meanwhile, when the video of Gruber’s comments started to gain traction in the Right media, the university took the video down. So much for the free flow of ideas in the ivory tower. More…

HHS Lowers ObamaCare Expectations

New enrollment estimates from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) illustrate the degree to which ObamaCare is underperforming. The Hill reports, “HHS, which previously declined to project 2015 sign-ups, said that between 9 million and 9.9 million people are expected to participate in the exchanges in 2015. The figure was less than the [Congressional Budget Office’s] projection of 13 million for 2015 enrollment, raising questions about the exchanges' performance, compared with expectations.” As it stands now, roughly 7.1 million Americans are considered officially enrolled, meaning HHS expects only between two and three million additional customers next year. The CBO anticipated a collective 25 million by 2017. Clearly, there’s work to do. Nevertheless, health officials touted HHS’s “important and significant” estimate and defended the slow start with the usual plea to give the system more time. Considering that insurance premiums are going up because of ObamaCare, more time won’t solve this problem. Bottom line: Consumers aren’t buying what the government is selling. More…

ObamaCare’s Built-in Road Hazard

2014-03-14-2d28b9cb.jpg

ObamaCare is headed back to the Supreme Court, and some court watchers are hoping this case could be the deathblow to the falsely named Affordable Care Act. The case is King v. Burwell, and at issue is whether the federal government has the right to offer subsidies to purchase health insurance through the federal exchange.

The original letter of the ObamaCare law states in plain English that health insurance subsidies would be available only to people who purchase coverage through state-run exchanges. To put it generously, this was meant as a carrot to encourage states to create their own exchanges. When 36 states opted out of becoming cogs of federal machinery, instead relying on the feds to set up the exchange in their states, the IRS stepped in and declared subsidies would apply to allexchanges, including the federal one.

It’s easy to see why the Obama administration enacted this arbitrary reinterpretation of a clearly worded statute. Without taxpayer-supported subsidies, many individuals and families would not be able to afford to purchase this so-called affordable insurance. The employer mandate would also no longer carry weight in those 36 states. The exchanges would collapse and ObamaCare’s house of cards with it. But that’s no excuse for the IRS or any other agency to just make up new rules without congressional input. And that’s why King v. Burwell is headed to the Supreme Court.

Hard as it is to believe, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the administration’s lawlessness. The administration lost a similar case, Halbig v. Burwell, before a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, though the full court later decided to rehear it en banc. That makes the Supreme Court’s decision to take the case especially surprising because there is technically no circuit court split.

Writing for National Review Online, former Bush administration Justice Department official John Yoo expressed optimism that the High Court will rule correctly. Yoo points out, “If the Court agreed with the lower courts, or wasn’t sure about it, they could have just allowed the issue to further percolate.” Furthermore, he wrote, “The grant of certiorari (which only takes four Justices) only makes sense if a majority wants to overrule the lower courts quickly.”

Playing the guessing game of what the Supreme Court will do in any given case isn’t for the faint of heart. Many people thought ObamaCare would be struck down two years ago, only to discover that Chief Justice John Roberts had practically rewritten the law to keep it alive.

If, in their majority wisdom, the Supremes do strike down the taxpayer-funded subsidy, all sorts of things could happen.

For starters, millions of Americans will lose their subsidies, making insurance far more expensive. Many will wind up uninsured. Beyond that, the employer mandate in 36 states would essentially become null and void. The currently delayed mandate requires employers with 50 or more employees to cover insurance should one of those employees purchase insurance with subsidies. No subsidies means no trigger for the employer mandate. Left in that situation, businesses would flock to the 36 states without exchanges to avoid being subject to the mandate, likely leading to the downfall of the mandate as a whole.

The individual mandate would also lose its teeth. One of the exemptions from being compelled to purchase insurance is if there are no affordable options available. Without subsidies, more Americans become exempt from the mandate. Insurance markets would be affected because the compulsory pool of purchasers would dry up.

On the flip side of all this is the fact that if the subsidy rule is struck down there may be intensified pressure for states to set up exchanges – particularly those run by Republican governors who have so far been able to stand against the expansion of ObamaCare while still receiving taxpayer support from Washington in the form of benefits for their citizens.

Still, a Supreme Court rejection of the IRS’s expansion of subsidies will likely stir the repeal debate. Now that Republicans control both chambers of Congress, they have the opportunity to dive deeply into extensive rewrites of the law, or push harder for outright repeal. They may find support among Democrats for some of these things, as ObamaCare was one of the many reasons they suffered such a drubbing at the polls last week. Indeed, as we predicted, it became a lightning rod.

Now, it’s all up to the Supreme Court to, in a paraphrase of Nancy Pelosi, find out what’s actually in the law.

Courting Iran Is a Bad Idea

2014-11-11-c045aaf6.jpg

Recent reports indicate that Barack Obama fully intends to continue making bad foreign policy decisions. He has already miscalculated on Russia, the Islamic State and Iran. Specifically in dealing with Iran, the administration appears to be busy crafting a major blunder.

The United States and Iran recently held secret meetings to discuss the future of diplomatic relations between the two nations. There is speculation of a new U.S. trade office opening in Tehran – which would be the first diplomatic mission in the Islamic Republic since 1979, when it was overrun during Jimmy Carter’s presidency. Recall that his foreign policy failure resulted in a hostage crisis.

As expected, U.S. officials deny this report. But how believable is this administration?

Obama declared during an interview with CBS on Sunday that there is still a “big gap” in nuclear negotiations with Iran and that we may not reach a permanent agreement before the Nov. 24 deadline. Yet something stinks here, especially since it came to light that Obama had written a secret letter to Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei arguing the U.S. and Iran have shared interests in fighting ISIL.

Shared interests? Iran has been and continues to be one of the largest state sponsors of terrorism in the world. A recent Pentagon report reveals that “Iran continues to provide ‘calibrated aid to the Taliban’ in Afghanistan to help the group conduct attacks on U.S. and Western security forces operating in the country.” Iran does not share our interests in Afghanistan – on the contrary, the Pentagon says Iran wants to “expand its sphere of influence” and minimize “Western presence and influence.” After all, in Iran’s eyes, the U.S. is the “Great Satan.”

The United States is fighting terrorism while the radical regime in Iran is funding it. Yet Obama wishes to see Iran partner with America to fight against ISIL. Just how would this idea play out in our favor?

Iran’s opposition to the United States in Afghanistan alone should rule out any cooperation, but recall that this administration is desperate for help in fighting ISIL since Obama has tied our hands with his “no boots on the ground” promise.

Obama reportedly stated in his letter to Khamenei that a nuclear agreement could enable U.S-Iranian cooperation against ISIL. By this, Obama apparently means Iran can carry out its nuclear ambitions on condition of helping us fight. Making such concessions is more proof that Obama operates on foolish hope rather than reality.

Yet there is more bad news. Recent information from the National Council of Resistance of Iran, an Iranian opposition group that has exposed Iran’s clandestine nuclear activities in the past, reveals that “a second device could be hidden at Iran’s Parchin military complex, or at some other site somewhere in Iran.” Further, the opposition group’s leader stated, “Today’s information uncovers a simple truth: The clerical regime is ceaselessly and secretly forging ahead with the military dimensions of its nuclear program and has no intention whatsoever of abandoning that program.”

It’s time for Obama to wake up to the reality of the threat posed by a terrorist-supporting Iranian regime with nuclear capability. The survival of our greatest ally Israel is at stake, not to mention our own interests in the region. Short-sighted goals like hoping for help from an enemy to fight our enemy won’t further our long-term objectives.

OPINION IN BRIEF

Canadian-American journalist Isabel Paterson (1886-1961): “Most of the harm in the world is done by good people, and not by accident, lapse, or omission. It is the result of their deliberate actions, long persevered in, which they hold to be motivated by high ideals toward virtuous ends.”

Columnist Thomas Sowell: “Pundits who depict Obama as a weak, lame duck president may be greatly misjudging him, as they have so often in the past. Despite the Republican sweep of elections across the country last week, President Obama has issued an ultimatum to Congress, to either pass the kind of immigration law he wants before the end of this year or he will issue Executive Orders changing the country’s immigration laws unilaterally. Does that sound like a lame duck president? On the contrary, it sounds more like some banana republic’s dictator. … People who are increasingly questioning Barack Obama’s competence are continuing to ignore the alternative possibility that his fundamental values and imperatives are different from theirs. You cannot tell whether someone is failing or succeeding without knowing what they are trying to do. … The big question is whether the other branches of government – Congress and the Supreme Court – can stop him from doing irreparable damage to America in his last two years. Seeing Obama as an incompetent and weak, lame duck president only makes that task harder.”

Columnist Dennis Prager: “Since last Tuesday’s elections, commentator after commentator on the left has declared American politics ‘dysfunctional.’ When Democrats win by a landslide, the left regards the vote as testimony to the great message of the left and the good sense of the American people. Only when Republicans win by a landslide does the vote reflect dysfunction. … There is one incontrovertible proof that all this talk about the election’s being about a dysfunctional Congress – in the president’s words ‘a sign that the American public wanted politicians to work together to get things done’ – is, to put it nicely, phony. That proof is the state elections. People don’t vote for their governor or for their state assemblies because of how they feel about Washington and its alleged dysfunction. Yet the Democrats were trounced in state after state elections, including some of the most liberal states.”

Comedian Argus Hamilton: “Obama shrugged off his party’s loss of the Senate and said he still plans to enact changes by executive order. He blamed the Democrats' election losses on low voter turnout. Statistics reveal that last Tuesday, most of the usually reliable Democratic base stayed in their graves.”
