A Coming Storm...

The rich would do well to preserve the middle class as they are all that stand between them and 'revolution'... the proletariat are increasing at an alarming rate and the architects of revolution with them.  Soon and sooner than we think the poor will rise up to demand ALL the wealth of our Nation be redistributed.

There is a coming storm and it is not only an economic one... this storm is the making of the robber barons and the so called Socialist Democrats.   When the Dollar collapses and the poor go hungry in the streets the rich had better find refuge where they can not be reached.  It would behoove them to act now to return manufacturing to the United  States and too permit our natural energy reserves to be developed... the Globalist elite in their attempt to maximize their profits, on the backs of the middle class, will soon find they neither have profit or power.

Pitting the third world against American labor and Small to medium sized business has not worked... it has created  a race to the lowest economic common denominator, a race to the bottom.  Instead of a rising tied, raising all ships, it has flooded the land with cheap goods, made by exploiting substandard wages and third world markets.  US labor is now finding no place to work; free trade is driving the middle class to the poor house and into the arms of Marxist ideology. Dependency doesn't breed free markets, free people, or a capitalist system... it breeds despondency and despots.

We must examine our trade policy to ensure that it is based on Gods moral standards for commerce, an equal measure and just scale... That all exchanges in the market place are based on adding real value to the market.  Profiteering at the expense of others, thru manipulation of the markets, or by taking advantage of ones position, privilege or power, is not the way to increase ones wealth... Others, must pay for such activity, and eventually, that sort of trade leads to the destruction of the middle class.

Increasing dependency by creating STRUCTURAL UNEMPOLYMENT is not good for anyone... especially, those whose wealth is generated by economic activity in the private sector.  Again, it would do well for the rich to reexamine the philosophy of unrestricted world trade... Free trade is not free, it has its cost and those costs are now showing up in the US economy: high unemployment, increased dependency on government aid, and a rapidly growing poor population, which eventually will collapse the economy. Predatory capitalism is no better than socialism.

What is needed is equity and  moral exchange in the market place... trade based on equity, using a just scale and equal measure, is the only moral basis for trade.  Capital and labor must arrive at a mutual arrangement, one that provides a satisfactory exchange for their endeavors. Both must come away from their exchange satisfied with the transaction.  Labor must provide a days work for a days wage and capital must not leverage its privilege, in the market place, to achieve an unfair return on their investment.

All parties must work together to insure that neither exploits the other... too, keep the greedy on both sides from attempting to distort their gain at another's expense. There is no free lunch, no windfall, without others suffering.  We need GODLY COMMERCE, not maximized profits or extorted wages and benefits.  That requires a MORAL PEOPLE on both sides of the exchange... labor and capital.  Where are God's moral people today?

  • Nice poem John... spot on.  We all would do well to prepare for the coming storm, taking the advice in your poem will serve to preserve many in the coming conflagration... and it will be a conflagration.  Look how the poor cleaned out the shelves with their EBT cards in Mississippi when there was no storm... God forbid what they will do when there is an acutal crisis.

  • The Storm
There is a storm that's coming, You can feel it in the air ?
we are on the edge, of a great change, and no time to prepare

This morning when i awoke, to hear today's affairs
I herd the news of the crash they lost to many shares

The government is trying hard to keep the people calm
and marshal law has been proclaimed and now it wont be long

Gather all the food you can the price is going up ,
and gas you need to travel fast and put it in the truck .

I will pack the bags we have , with things that we will need
I have a place picked out to go , so we can then retreat .

I know the times will soon be hard and some may not survive
our only chance to get away is now, to stay alive

The riots in the streets began soon after all the news
then the trucks began to come to kill the ones that loot

I hear it is the same throughout ,each country everywhere
and many are now talking war and many are in fear

I wish we could turn back the clock the signs were all right there
but many said it all would pass, and no one seemed to care.
