Having seen several double and even a triple post ! I want to tell you all when you submit something to the blog and hit the send button ! "WAIT" WAIT WAIT IT WILL SHOW UP

If you hit the send again you will create a double post

patients is a virtue and you then do not look like you have a shuddering computer
