Back in the early 1960's the U.S. Air force gave the Luftwaffe [West German Air Force] a bunch of F104 starfighters !

Those planes were Extremely fast but did not turn or pull out of a dive worth a crap and the pilots would end up speeding thru the sky at well over 1000 kts. and not realize that they could not avoid the mountain that they were heading at. The would pull up on the stick and the plane would go nose up but the plane would not avoid the terrain {SPLAT}
Well the folks flying the US Economy are just like those German pilots, they have done what they think will pull the economy up out of this dive but like a F104 they don't have the control surfaces to avoid the {SPLAT} that is coming at us.
The problem here is we are all passengers on the FED's high speed ride into the dirt.
